"Good AC/HEAT, decent space for five to six people, nice for your $, if there was one downside it would be that there were a few stains on the futon. They supplied dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. Overall a good stay, and we’d bring a sheet to put over the futon to sleep on it. "

"Val has got to be the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. She was very communicative, had many many suggestions for things to do in the area and kept in touch with us the entire time. "Hot tub was great…..but could really use some paver stones going from the tub to the sidewalk entrance of the cabin. It was a little smaller than expected, but still fit us fine. A fry pan (without scratched teflon), extra batteries (I don’t think the tv remote was working) and some salt and pepper would be nice amenities to include. Overall, a great quiet little spot close to everything we wanted to do and see. Host was amazing with communication! Thank you,Heather"

"Everything was great, house was perfect and host was incredibly personable and helpful. Only drawback was the incessant, automated text messages that I kept receiving while in the hot tub between 5-8pm. The music was not loud and it was well before 9pm. After moving inside and watching TV I was still receiving these messages through 11pm even though there was clearly no audible noise outside and it was just my wife and I watching TV"
