At first we were confused in the pictures trying to figure the layout… but the home was beautiful and well laid out. Rooms upstairs rooms downstairs… it was also on the Green Bluff side of Spokane so we were able to run pick some apples at an orchard. Communication was great and the property was very clean. It was just me my wife and my son. Would be perfect for coming up to pick fruit with a larger group!!!Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Property is great. Make sure you review the rules first(I did) just really odd things that aren’t normally requested like a copy of your ID, names of everyone staying AND ANYONE who may possibly set foot on the property, plus a separate contract that has to be sent in. I would be less likely to book this again over one with rules that are more common.

Fantastic Home

A great home. Very nice rooms, very clean and all the amenities you could want. Hot Tub was easy to use and very much enjoyed the movie room. If we come to town again this a a place we will for sure stay!!!

Great location for recreation

We enjoyed the location and amenities of this Pine River property. The theater room was great when the weather was not good. The neighborhood and nearby Pine River Park was perfect for bike riding, walking, and relaxing. The hot tub was a lovely way to start and end each day. Overall we enjoyed exploring a new area of Spokane!

North Spokane 😊

Nice location. I wasn’t really clear that there were stairs, which were a little difficult for my elderly mother. But we made it work. enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The home theater area was really nice. And the kitchen was convenient.

The property was very nice and had a LOT of room for a large group. The beds were very comfortable! The location was great and we had easy access to all of the Spokane area. Rick was very helpful and checked on us when we arrived!

A Christmas Visit

The property was as advertised. It was neat and very clean. We enjoyed the awesome Christmas lights and decorations in the neighborhood where the home was located. The wild turkey and deer in the neighborhood were neat and fun to watch. The items we did not like were the beds (two used) were very hard and not comfortable. The hot tub was truly only sized for two or three adults due to leg room and the main seating of the tub has it facing the house instead of the yard and beautiful stars. The hot tub should be turned 180 degrees at a minimum. It lost temperature very quickly in the cold weather. There was no full size ironing board and the little travel board was a nightmare to use for shirts and pants. There was no tv in the upstairs living room to see the news while enjoying morning coffee and having to traverse stairs to movie room and back for refills was not convenient.

Anniversary Trip

The house is exactly as advertised. Rick was very helpful and always answered in a timely fashion. The neighborhood is nice and it was the perfect location. We would stay again on our next visit.
