"Velaris es un lugar espléndidamente situado. Sin embargo, es posible apreciar ya un cierto deterioro generalizado en sus instalaciones. Se destaca la calidad del paisajismo en los jardines. Nuestra habitación presentaba esa condición de deterioro."
