  • The house is located in a romantic quiet location on a slope, near Split (15 km) The lovely well-kept house made of natural stone. All rooms as well as living and dining area are air conditioned. A veranda leads to linger. For you are two bicycles, table tennis and badminton available. In the summer months, usually from the end of April to the end of October, the permanently installed pool invites you to take a bath. In addition, there is a Massagedüse in the pool, to relax the back massages. The landlord lives with on the property next to it (granny flat) and speaks fluent German. As a welcome drink the landlord would like to offer you a homemade wine and schnapps to try. Here you have an ideal starting point for long hikes, mountaineering in the Mosor mountains, Tenis, golf, and mountain biking. Distance to the pebble or sandy beach is 10 km. Popular and popular tourist destinations are in the vicinity such as the observatory, boat tours, and Rafting on the river Cetina at Omiš in km. Distance. For those who are interested in art and history, you can visit Split, Trogir, Omiš and other historical towns.

Gorgeous house outside of Split

The house is beautiful and the whole property is well looked after. The house was stocked with some food and, beverages and fruit from the hosts. The hosts were so kind and friendly. A wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool.

Great stay

Our stay in this magnificent stone house was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the exceptional setting and the warm welcome from the owners. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Communication with the managers was smooth and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The owners prepared a delicious, typical Croatian meal for us (thanks again to them). We highly recommend this place and hope to return very soon! (Please note: there is an error on Abritel's part: the pool is not heated)

Paradise in the mountains of Croatia

This beautiful villa overlooks mountains and valleys. The villa, gardens and pool are immaculate. Everything about this property has created with love and no expense has been spared. The owners are truly generous and wonderful hosts and we look forward to our next visit to this property.

Wonderful stay near Split!

Our family with two adult children had a lovely week at the house. The hosts were beyond wonderful even stocking the house with snacks and drinks. They were so kind and helpful. The house was very comfortable and spacious. It was so nice to be in the hills above Split with a gorgeous view and pool!

Beautiful clean villa with the nicest host

Mr Marinka and his wife are so kind to our family. The villa has beautiful view and you can just stay in all day to relax or after a day out . So many activities for kids to enjoy, swimming, ping pong, badminton , we feel so relax just like home. We was offered organic fruit by the host. BBQ is one of our favourite too. Highly recommend to book your stay to make memories with your loved one .

Simply perfect

The villa was perfect for our adult family holiday, really well appointed kitchen was welcome as we cooked at home every evening. The hosts were attentive and kind, provinding just the right level of hospitality to ensure our stay was perfect. Although we were slightly off season we braved the pool too. Then on the final evening we were blown away by the home-cooked meal prepared for us by our hosts. (It was delicious by the way). Our first trip to Croatia, will not be our last.

Sensationeller Aufenthalt mit den besten Gastgebern

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Atmosphäre sind wunderbar. Wir haben noch nie so nette und freundliche Gastgeber gehabt wie Marinka und ihren Mann. Wir kamen gegen Abend am Haus an und der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Salat, Wurst, Käse, Brot, selbstgemachtem Olivenöl und noch vielem mehr. Das ganze Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren 2 Familien und haben uns einfach sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen! Vielen Dank

Wonderful Week at House Marinka

This property is even nicer than the photos show. It was impeccably clean, with lots of thoughtful extras. Our hosts were next door but did not intrude at all, but they did leave some gifts of local fruits, treats and homemade wine. A car is necessary for this stay. You are not far from Omis, Split, Trogir. We did rafting down the Cetina River and an exhillarating speedboat trip for the '5 Islands Trip' and would recommend both. This is a beautiful place to stay, with the kindest hosts. and a wonderful location. My family with 3 teenagers loved it. Thank you Marinka and family. T

Tranquillity in the Croatian Mountains

Wow! Our stay at this holiday home exceeded expectations and resulted in a family vacation that we will treasure for a long time into the future. The Villa and surroundings are even more amazing than the pictures show, the views are spectacular and relaxing, and the house is beautifully furnished and extremely clean. The private pool provided endless entertainment for the family, it was heated and was lit up by night, fresh towels were laid out on the sun loungers each morning ready for that little dip. The Villa is located away from the ‘hustle and bustle’ to let you unwind and appreciate some Croatian countryside living, yet it is only a 20 minute drive to Split. While this Villa is amazing, the hosts went above and beyond to make it a truly special stay for us. They are the most hospitable, generous and kind people that you could wish to stay with and they also give you complete privacy. Their son Luka speaks very good English and was really helpful throughout the stay, he was waiting to welcome us and answer any questions even though it was after midnight when we arrived. As other reviewers mention, the fridge was generously stocked with local food and drink as were the cupboards too, which was great because we arrived late and the shops were closed. They also called over with a lovely selection of fresh food the next day and offered to bring us to the local supermarket so we could stock up with supplies to keep us going until we picked up our hire car. We travelled with three children aged 18, 16 and 14 for 11 nights and had decided to spend the first few days relaxing by the pool at the villa before picking up a hire car and doing various day trips within the region. Watching the sunsets by the pool or on the balcony were special, as was been able to sit out at night after a day trip and simply relax under the stars with a glass of wine. The kids loved the fact that they each had their own air conditioned room to retreat from the hot weather when needed and there was Netflix in the living room. There is plenty of tips and information at the house regards things to see and do, the highlight for us was a White Water Rafting trip down the Celina river followed by a lovely dinner in Omis. In summary, our family would highly recommend this accommodation, it’s a superb home from home that has been created with love and comes with wonderful hosts, I would have put 6 stars if I could because it really was perfect!

Nous recommandons fortement !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la villa et nous n’avons pas été déçus. La vue est magnifique, la demeure est comme sur les photos et le confort des lits n'est pas négligeable. sehr schöner Urlaub absolut zu Empfehlen

Das Objekt liegt wie beschrieben in einer ruhigen Umgebung in der Nähe von Split. Das Haus und Anwesen ist sehr geräumig und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und überraschen einen regelmäßig mit Obst oder einem schönen Abend mit selbstgekochten mit Zutaten aus der Region. Bei Fragen oder Problemen vor Ort standen Sie immer zur Verfügung und haben geholfen. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verlebt und uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten die reichlich vorhanden sind Angeschaut und uns wunderbar Erholt. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön für die Betreuung vom Vermieter und dem wunderschönen Objekt.

An amazing place to holiday!

If you're looking for a truly amazing place to stay....this is it. The house is stunning, the photos on the advert do not do it justice. So much care and thought has been put into this property. The gardens are as immaculately kept as the house and the views are amazing. The hosts were on hand to check us in and show us around, they are the most welcoming and kind and generous family who offered total privacy during our stay but were at the end of a text to answer any queries or offer advice needed. The house was spotless meaning that you could relax and start your holiday as you walked through the door. This is a great location to enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of the area but Split is only a short drive away....although it is hard to leave the poolside as it is so relaxing. I would not hesitate in recommending this house to stay in and I hope to holiday there again in the future.

Traumhaft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Als wir ankamen wurden wir mit einem vollen Kühlschrank begrüße. Eine Wirst und Käseplatte, ein kleiner Salat, ein Brot, frisches Obst sowie Wein und Schnaps. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Alles entsprach unseren Wünschen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Parken konnten wir direkt neben dem Haus. Für unser Baby gab es sogar ein richtiges Kinderbett, eine Wickelkommode und sogar einen Kinderwagen konnten wir uns ausleihen! Wir möchten uns für den traumhaften Aufenthalt bedanken.

Séjour unique!

Superbe villa dans les hauteurs au dessus de Split(environ 15km). Emplacement très calme avec une jolie vue sur la vallée. Un accueil unique nous a été reservé! En effet, les propriétaires ont été adorables avec nous tout au long du séjour, toujours aux petits soins. Dès notre arrivée, ils nous avaient prévu de quoi nous restaurer ( charcuterie, pain, fromage, bierre, vin maison ) ce qui etait fort bien car nous sommes arrivés tard et les magasins étaient fermés. Ils ont egalement préparé une petite liste avec toutes les activités à faire dans les environs, de quoi aiguiller nos premières escapades. Il y a un soir ou ils nous ont également préparé un repas superbe, probablement une spécialité locale, nous avons juste eu à mettre les pieds sous la table et à déguster. Vraiment excellent. Très franchement, c'est la première fois que je vois cela. Des petites attentions durant tout notre séjour jusqu'a nous ecrire un petit mot le jour de notre départ : très touchant! En résumé, je recommande vivement ce logement. J'aurais mis 6 étoiles si j'avais pu car vraiment tout était parfait!

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus. Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber, die einem das Gefühl verleihen, dass man zu Hause ist. Der Pool ist top und sehr gepflegt. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft, den Feigenbaum ab zu pflücken. Zu früh da gewesen. Für den ersten Hunger am Anreisetag wurde gesorgt und auch für nette Abende zwischendurch. Immer wieder für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub zu empfehlen.Vielen Dank

Wunderbarer Urlaub bei tollen Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Die Unterkunft liegt ein wenig oberhalb von Split in den Bergen und man hat hier absolute Ruhe. Mit dem Auto sind alle nötigen Geschäfte zum Einkaufen in 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar. In 15 - 25 Minuten ist man in Split oder Omis, die Anbindung ist also in beide Richtungen sehr gut. In Omis findet man auch noch ein paar schöne Sandstrände, die besonders gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet sind. Die Unterkunft selbst ist prima ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Sollte doch mal etwas fehlen, wohnen die Vermieter gleich nebenan und helfen jederzeit aus. Generell sind die Vermieter sehr freundlich und sorgen sich immer darum, dass man einen wunderschönen Urlaub hat. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und sie hatten für uns bereits üppige Käse- und Wurstplatten vorbereitet sowie Brot, Säfte und Bier, damit wir nach der Anreise erst einmal versorgt sind und nicht gleich einkaufen müssen. Der Vermieter hat mich auch auf der ersten Tour zum Supermarkt begleitet damit wir den Weg finden, hat mir Tipps beim Einkaufen gegeben und beim Metzger für mich ins Kroatische übersetzt. An einem Abend haben Sie uns sogar zu einem traditionellen kroatischen Abendessen eingeladen. Zusätzlich haben die Vermieter jeden Tag in der Früh den gesamten Außenbereich inkl. Pool gereinigt noch bevor wir aufgestanden sind. Gerade für Familien ist der Pool und die gesamte Unterkunft prima! Unsere Kinder haben sich jeden Tag darauf gefreut zur Erfrischung ins Wasser zu springen. Der Pool ist auch groß genug, dass locker 3 Familien mit 5 Kindern darin planschen können. Rundherum gibt es genug Liegen und immer frische Pool-Handtücher damit man auch den ganzen Tag dort entspannen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Spielwiese unterhalb des Pools, diese ist umzäunt, hier können die Kinder auch einmal unbeaufsichtigt spielen. Am Abend kann man vom Pool aus einen sensationellen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Alle Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche hat auch noch einen zusätzlichen großen Balkon auf dem man sehr schön frühstücken kann und dabei einen unglaublichen Blick in die Ferne hat. Im Souterrain gibt es noch ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer und eine zweite kleine Küche in der man Essen für den Grill auf der unteren Terrasse vorbereiten kann. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und werden garantiert in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen.
