Nice place, too bad we could not stay for the three days we had planned, stayed only one night due canceled flights.Place was very clean except for the washing machine that was full of mildew in the soap dispenser, we cleaned as much as we could and did a empty wash cycle before washing some clothes. Suggest you use a washer cleansing product before using the washer.

Great location!

Great location close to all the charming things to see in old town split. The host was excellent with communication and allowed us to check out late to suit our flight schedule. Also helped to arrange our airport transfer with a local driver who gave us a fantastic history lesson and explained the areas we passed through on our way to the airport. Very friendly and informative!

Split getaway near the old palace.

This apartment was great for our 3 night stay. It is easy walking distance to the old part of Split and the boardwalk area. It is nicely furnished as well. A few items to note. We specifically searched for a place which advertised washer AND dryer and parking on property or nearby. This place only had a washing machine with only 2 bath towels. So we had to use the towels for the entire stay. The nearest parking I found was about a 15 minute walk after driving around for some time. Also, the shower drain was very slow to drain and backed up significantly. There were cobwebs in several areas of the otherwise clean apartment. The water heater was off when we arrived so we were not able to take a hot shower before going out that evening. A few coffee pods to get us started would have been nice too.

Convenient, spacious apartment

We enjoyed our short stay in Split at this apartment. The sunny patio right out side the front door was perfect for morning coffee. The interior foyer was a convenient space before entering the apartment. The property had everything we needed for our stay.?

Great Split accomodations!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The space is clean and has two great sleeping areas. we were very comfortable, enjoyed the location, great ac for the summer heat and helpful at checkin and check out. Highly recommend!!

Well located & roomy apartment missing a few things

Nice sized apartment in Split in a good location. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking a little bit of a hassle but that's Split. Comfy bed. Operating the shower was hard to figure out but it worked well once we did. Missing nice things like soap, shampoo, lotion. Had a washing machine but no laundry detergent. A good place that could be great with a little attention

Stayed 4 Nights in September

Nice enough apartment but we didn’t get a good nights sleep due to continual noise from the apartment above. Poor sound insulation. Minor issues - no dish towel supplied, nor were there any batteries in the TV box remote. Other people used the ‘private’ outside space as a smoking zone.

Ideal location

Located just outside the old town on a quiet street - it's really close to all the tourist sights without being busy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for us. The patio was great to sit out in the evening. There's a small supermarket right across the road as well. Our host's recommendations were excellent too - thank you!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay, short walk to the shops & restaurants, loved the cute terrace out the front where you can enjoy a wine and cheese board. Nice and clean, with comfy beds. Only piece of advice make sure you don’t accidentally turn off the hot water button, it is right next to the light switch, we made this mistake & had cold water. But still enjoyed our stay

Central stay Split

This apartment is ideal if you wish to explore Split on foot. It is roomy, comfortable and central to all amenities. The neighbourhood appears to be safe & relatively quiet at night, although the residents in the apartment above appear to have small kids who like to run about fairly early in the morning. All in all a good option. We recommend.
