The location was excellent. Sadly there were people talking and banging above us until well past midnight that not even ear plugs and bathroom fan could drown out. Only a few cutlery and I believe only 2 forks, 2 spoons and 1 knife. Coffee was easy to find in the local stores but coffee filters just about impossible. Overall great place especially for the location. The restaurant just a few steps further was fantastic

Fantastic location and great restaurants just steps away. The apartment was cozy. I thought we would use the terrace but the weather was so warm we did not. Overall a very nice place to stay. I would make a couple of very small suggestions to improve the apartment. A kitchen towel is needed so guests can dry dishes or their hands at the kitchen sink. A shower caddy is needed on the shower wall so guests can have a place for their shampoo and soap. But in general it was great, very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was in a great location, bed was comfortable, shower good( though not always hot)Could do with a rethink regarding outside furniture, we booked because of outdoor space but as it had rained we were unable to use furniture as cushions were wet for days. Very basic utensils and cups etc.

B - luxury spacious studio in the heart of Split

Fabulous location and area. Bars, cafes a short walk from the apartment. Ideal when you've been out all day and you're dead on your feet!Additionally, the checking in process was straightforward enough.However, the cleanliness and tiredness of the property was massively disappointing!1. The decking was absolutely filthy and the furniture was full of bird droppings and some cigarette burns in places.On the decking was also an umbrella base, but no umbrella. It was baking on the decking and we had very little shade. I enquired with one of the hosts about this, (in case it had been put away somewhere). I was informed that it had been stolen - REALLY - in a secure area??? I was promised one by Monday, but of course it never turned up! (see photos regarding all of this). The same host suggested that I washed the bird droppings off myself!! The whole decking area had never been cleaned for some time2. The wifi was worse than useless! We were offered the use of two different wifi's, but neither of them worked effectively.3. The apartment itself was very tired: no dish clothes, tea towels or pan scrubs; there wasn't a pair of drinking glasses or wine glasses the same. It is in need of some tender loving care!!Would definitely not return to this place or recommend it.

Great Location

Great place & great location to stay in Split. Few stairs to climb but no issue. Communication with the owner was good. Also arranged pick up from airport which is recommended. Only minor issue was internet wifi was not working

Convenient location, close, but not too close.

Studio with terrace

We enjoyed our stay in the luxury apartment in Split. The neighborhood was nice with many good restaurants in the area. It’s also possible to walk up the Marjan Peninsula from where we stayed.

Great stay!

Entertained visiting friends on the terrace!!! Perfect location with the best restaurants right nearby. Had hot water issue but it was dealt with quickly. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location!

This room does require a few steps to go up, but the location couldn’t be better for accessing the beautiful restaurants in this town. It’s only a minute or two to walk from where the taxi drops you off to get to the property.

Like the name says: an Awesome Stone House

We loved it here. It’s in a fantastic location to see everything in Split, which we tried to accomplish in 2 1/2 days: Old Town, the Palace, Marjan Hill. The neighborhood is lively at night, with dozens of restaurants, bars, and even a grocery store steps away. And the apartment, while small, was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, everything worked, including the air-conditioning (important during the heat wave while we were there in early September!), and dealing with Ana and crew couldn’t have been easier!

Great location on restaurant row by the sea-cold AC

Even on a super hot day, the air conditioning was super cold. The kitchen had appliances but not all the basics. I needed bowls and sugar. The refrigerator and all the flat surfaces were very handy, Everything was clean and I love the location. The bed was uncomfortable to us.

Beautiful comfy place in the heart of it Split

This place was very charming, very cozy and the beds were also really comfortable to sleep on. Around this place there are so many amazing places to eat and beautiful sites to see over all of the other buildings. I enjoyed my stay here and if I'm ever back in split you best believe I'll be staying here.

Lovely holiday for two 80+ women

The studio is very attractively presented, clean and as described. The beds were very comfortable. We used the terrace every day and it was quiet, though the studio is very close to the centre of town. Anna welcomed us and gave us her mobile number so that we could, if necessary, contact her at any time. Prior to arrival, Toni responded speedily to all enquiries.

The best choice!

We stayed for two nights at this property and we wire really happy with everything. The host Ana, the location and the apartment were all perfect for our short visit. The restaurant, Deep Shadow was recommended by Ana and we were very happy with it. Easy to get to everything and a really enjoyable stay. She even helped us get a car rental around the corner. Couldn’t be easier!
