Recommended!
The location is perfect, 2min from main square. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. But if I have to pick one awesome thing about it, it would the service I received from Anamarija. IMPRESSIVE! Thank you for making my stay so great.

We had the downstairs apt right by the restaurant, it was very clean and nice. Check in was easy and communication was well. Everything was great. There was a VERY strong air freshener hidden in the bathroom that was driving me crazy. It is way too strong for that size apt. I finally found it after a few hours and put it outside the apt and then everything was perfect! There was a lot of graffiti on the buildings right in front of the unit that was a bummer but not the fault of the apt.

Väldigt fint rum mitt i den gamla stan. Ingen reception så vägledning till rätt rum behövdes. Detta borde meddelats redan när vi bekräftade vår ankomsttid. Cafe och restauranger precis utanför dörren. Lätt att komma in direkt från gatan.

The terrace was a good size and perfect for our needs, the room was smallish but well furnished and comfortable. Overall excellent.

Right in the centre of the old town
The room was quite small. The bathroom was very small. The bath curtain served little purposes. The floor was wet after shower. There was a pretty bad smell from the drain. Overall, it was just ok because of the location (close to all dining places and attractions).

I loved my mini apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated with a big balcony with a delightful view of a courtyard and rooftops around me. Anamarija was fantastic - she arranged a car airport pickup and met me at the edge of old town and carried my bags to the apartment. She was great with recommendations and arranged a tour to Plitvice Lakes . And also arranged a car and luggage transport upon my departure. Just the best service! Thank You! My only complaint of the apartment is I think they have old pipes and on occasion the toilet had a not so pleasant odor. Other than that - I highly recommend the place.

Great location and quiet, even while being in the middle of the old town. Nice design with personal touch and attention to details throughout. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. The room we had was bit cramped for space but had a huge outdoor patio. Sewer gas smell from the bathroom was a bit annoying.

I am so sorry to see this review. The best I can do is to suggest to communicate with Your host and check emails and messages avout arrival time and working hours of reception. Its been long that we have had this impolite and abusive guests so I may please You to not take reservation with us in future. Nice words dont cost a thing and mean a lot to community. Best wishes!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was superb, everything about was great. Beautiful and very clean and just in the heart of the Palace of Diocletian! Anamarija the host was amazing and by far the very best host we have ever encountered. She went out of her way to arrange our transportations and even made restaurant reservations for us as it was a pretty busy time of the year and you need reservations to get in the nice places. A must stay place un Split!

Best possible location, perfectly clean, comfy bed, gorgeous terrace. Ana Marija who welcomed us gave us the most helpful 5min run down or what was where and we were off! There is a SPAR supermarket seconds walk away which was v helpful. It was also less than 10min walk to the Jadrolinija ferry to Hvar. Really loved it and would go back.

Cant be more central in Split & friendly staff. But the groundfloor room is a renovated basement. The bathroom has no functional heating system so it cant be dried and the ventilation system is not good, combined this leaves the bathroom damp and smelly.

Cosy, central and quiet.
Very nice location (very central, but still in a quite street), very clean apartment in a very good condition. Also the hostess was very friendly and helpsom, so will give our best recommendations for this place.

Centrally located, charming, clean, friendly.
I loved this property. The location could not be better, very centrally located and easy to walk to everything. It was clean, charming, and much more interesting than a large, traditional hotel. Anamarija at reception was very friendly and helpful. I hope to return to Split one day and will definitely stay here again.

Dejlig lejlighed centralt i den gamle bydel.
Meget lækker renoveret lejlighed med dejlig terasse. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i den gamle bydel, tæt på alt. I roligt område. God service med mulighed for transport fra lufthavnen, pris 40€ for to personer. Afhentning udenfor den gamlebydel og vist hen til lejligheden af, meget positiv og venlig vært.

Very central and cozy
Very central place. We took the apartment with the terrace, and it is fantastic. We stayed out there when not out. Inside is very small with room just around the bed but a nice bathroom..

Fabulous apartment!
Fabulous apartment! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately we had to work during our visit there and the only issue was that the WiFi wasn’t strong enough for our video calls. Also the bathroom has a sulfur smell that is probably because if the sulfur nearby and is typical of old cities. Check in was great, the apartment was super clean, the layout while small is decorated super well and the terrace is fabulous! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was uniquely decorated, clean, and cozy. We made excellent use of the terrace each night. Perfectly located in the old town, close enough to the action but far enough away to have a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Top Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Split sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schönes Zimmer im rustikalen Stil. Leider ein bisschen klein, wenn man mit viel Gepäck reist. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Föhn im Badezimmer war ein Plus. Top Wasserdruck in der Dusche, sauberes Badezimmer. Würden wieder dort übernachten.

itten und doch dicht am Meer
Mehr mittendrin, bzw. mehr am Meer sein geht fast nicht. Sehr schönes Apartment mitten in Split. Leider hatte unser Zimmer nicht den Balkon, bzw. das Patio, was uns verkauft worden war. Der Vorteil aber war, trotz großer Hitze war der Raum sehr angenehm kühl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas negativ noch...... es ist ziemlich hellhörig, aber damit lässt es sich leben. Das Bad gut und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche funktionell.... gutes Bett.......
