  • Un espacio único realizado en 1881, completamente reconstruido en 2016, galardonado con la categoría de 5 estrellas por el Ministerio de Turismo de Croacia, y publicado en varias revistas de diseño, ¡GARDIN Apartments Split es el mejor lugar para descubrir la ciudad!

    A pocos pasos de la puerta de oro del palacio romano, todo lo que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer está a poca distancia.
    Perdida de espacio, de 4 metros de techos altos y vistas al jardín privado del edificio, todo parte del plan :)

    Todos los espacios tienen aire acondicionado / Wi-Fi gratuita y calefacción y TV satélite está disponible. La cocina está totalmente equipada y también hay una lavadora. Tiene dos dormitorios con camas dobles y un sofá cama en la sala de estar, para un total de 6 personas.

    El dormitorio principal tiene un baño privado y ofrece mayor privacidad en lo que se refiere al resto de la vivienda, ya que tiene su propia entrada desde el pasillo.

    El piso no tiene su propio aparcamiento, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad muy, pero hay un estacionamiento pagado sólo unos 20 metros de la plana.

Gorgeous accommodations in an amazing location. The house was easily accessible, clean, perfect size for our family. The host was very accommodating with any questions and extremely responsive. Next time I’m in Split, I’m looking this place up again!

The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to an entry into the old town and palace. It was clean and quiet and had a great common area for the 4 of us. If we come back to Split, we will definitely stay here again.

So cute and very functional for our family of 4 adults. Kitchen was very good for cooking and had a nice dishwasher for easy cleanup. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful.

Wonderful apartment in Split! Beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Great communication with the host - they were readily available before and during our stay. As a side note - Outdoor courtyard was not usable, because of overgrowth of bushes and weeds.

The apartment was beautiful inside and out, it was a mixture of old and new beautifully blended. It had everything you need for a gorgeous stay in Split. Both bedrooms and bathroom were comfortable and had everything you need and much more. The kitchen had everything you would need from breakfast to dinner and more so with all the equipment. Coming back to this relaxing place after a day in the sun and exploring was made extra nice with the air conditioning. It was simply beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer not only to explore Split more but to stay in this beautiful accommodation. Will definitely book again if we come to Split again and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved this place. The location was just outside Old Town Split, very convenient but not as loud and crowded as inside the old town. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed.

Amazing location, not to central, not too far away

This is a great place to stay and explore split. You are just a 5 min walk away from the city center, so you are not bothered by the crowds, but close enough to experience the city. Super nice and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and very nice interior design.

We loved this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - a quick walk to the palace and all of the wonderful historic sites, restaurants, shops and groceries. The apartment was extremely comfortable with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and little extras throughout to make it feel like home. There was air conditioners/heaters in each room allowing for maximum comfort throughout. Our host was absolutely exceptional, checking in on us and making us feel very special over the Easter holiday. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Split. Don't hesitate booking this apartment!

Perfect all around!

Great host, very responsive and helpful in many ways. Excellent accommodations that are clean, quiet, roomy, stylish and comfortable. Absolutely perfect location with short walks to everything Split has to offer. Its so convenient you can come "home" and easily take quick breaks or refreshers in comfort before heading back out to enjoy more!

Very spacious, nicely updated. Easy walking distance to just about everything. Neighborhood is noisy at night due to late night clubs, but they seem to be everywhere.

Beautiful home in perfect location

We had a wonderful three days in Split. We found street parking easily, our hostess helped us check in right on time, and the place was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. She quickly answered the few questions we had and recommended great restaurants for us. Our kids loved the small park next door and it was such an easy walk to pretty much every location we wanted to see. We'd absolutely come back to this cozy flat!

Charming apartment steps away from the heart of Split.

Everything was smooth and easy. Lada was informative and responsive. The apartment was just a described with ample space and tons of old world charm. Close to everything needed for a short stay.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We were in the midst of a 2-week trip and needed laundry facilities. So helpful to have that in the apartment. Americans used to a big machine should temper their expectations!

Excellent apartment of high quality and which had a great location to explore Old Town Split. It had all the amenities we required as a family of four - great lounge, kitchen area with all the items we needed and two good bedrooms and bathrooms. Very good WiFi, TV, audio, and useful to have a washing machine too. Communication with Lada who also met us on arrival was very prompt and professional. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone staying in Split.

Perfect!

The apt is absolutely beautiful and perfect for two couples or a small family. It isn’t easy to find a 2 bath. 2 bedroom place so close to Old Town but this place fit our needs exactly. The extra was the charming building and well designed decoration. Checking in and out was quite simple and easy. We highly recommend this location, and apt.

The perfect apartment

We couldn’t have been happier, we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Split. It’s in the perfect location and with two little ones made exploring easy as we were so close to everything. We absolutely loved it and will be back. Thank you!

If you’re happy with the photos you see for this listing you’ll be even more pleased in person. The location is ideal for exploring the harbor and all split has to offer in the Port area. The bathrooms are lovely with plenty of hot water. The towering ceilings and beautiful interior stone walls with lovely windows makes this listing stand out. It is clean and a perfect location for your adventure in Split, Croatia. I would definitely rent it again.
