We had three people and the room we had got was a queen with sofa bed. No bedding for sofa bed was in the room. Called down and asked for some and she basically told me I could come get it. "The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...
