"We hadden via hotels.com een kamer voor drie personen geboekt en betaald. In de bevestiging van het hotel bleek dit een tweepersoons kamer te zijn en moesten we bijbetalen voor een extra bed. Dit extra bed had 1 dun laken over de matras met vlekken (bloed?). Het ontbijt was zeer karig. Niet zoals ..."
