"Super Lage, Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist mit dem Zug super schnell in Rom oder auch Neapel. Und man braucht gerade mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand"

"Di passaggio per una sola notte, ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso trovare frutta fresca ed acqua in frigorifero. Gentilissimi i proprietari, casa molto spaziosa completa di tutti i confort. Comodo il parcheggio auto interno al cortile."

"Den Aufenthalt in diesem Anwesen haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Gabriella, die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, offen, unterstützend und freundlich. Die Altstadt von San Felice Circeo ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Städchen ist hübsch und bietet Ferienstimmung. Das Meer ist zu Fuss in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar, Einkaufsgeschäfte ebenfalls. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Haus von Gabriella nur empfehlen."

"Steps must be taken.... ....to stay in Sperlonga Centro Storico. Top of the hill no cars no streets, just a maze of fascinating passageways full of surprises. The smallest "supermarket" run by two sisters, a lovely square with bars and restaurants. And two great beaches, with boat trips to the grottos from the little port. Serena from Sperlongaresort looked after us and the apartment - arranged taxis, suggested trips and handled everything like a true professional. The help with the luggage on...

"Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy."

"The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. Sperlonga itself is gorgeous, I love that we were staying in Old Sperlonga, so we could really see the history and...

"The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible "
