"House was well kept, kitchen has way more than I have ever seen in a vrbo home, every utensil, etc was available, this was great. Didn't use internet or turn on TV, read books and enjoyed conversation, give it a try! The views from both porches were fantastic and enjoyed a nice evening of country quiet with my wife here, 10/10 highly recommend! "

"The Spring Street house is a wonderful place to stay in Dunlap. It is very clean and welcoming. So many thoughtful extras make you feel at home. The blueberry muffins were delicious and we appreciated the bottled water and coffee. Hope to stay here again! Many thanks to Lisa and Phillip."

The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot!"

"Gorgeous property and awesome little cabin! The pictures looked so good I was nervous we would show up and the hot tub would be broke and weeds would be grown over - but it literally looks just like the pics and the hot tub worked!Everything was clean and when we walked in they even had spa music playing and a chocolate on the nightstand.Would highly recommend!"

"This was a great property to stay in. Sparta is a super cute town with lots of charm. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was close enough to Fall Creek Falls for hiking with all the convenience of Sparta. The house was clean. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable with great pillows. The shower was amazing. Hosts were responsive and I would stay there again."
