"Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello."

"Le camere erano carine, pulite e fornite di tutto ma l’organizzazione è stata molto scadente. Non avevano avvisato la signora delle pulizie e siamo potute entrare in casa solo la sera. Inoltre non funzionava la caldaia, il riscaldamento e il gas."

"This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night."

"This was the last of three properties we stayed at in Umbria. It was everyone's favorite. We stayed there for four nights at the end of April and easily could have stayed there for a month. The town of Todi is easily accessible. Adele and family are so hospitable and are a model of how a VRBO host should be. You can probably read in the other reviews how great the property is which is all true. I will say that the driveway is a bit hairy going down the first time, but after a couple times it's...

"The host was easy to communicate with. The location was closed to a public parking lot. But the most outstanding thing was a lovely apartment for the unique ceilings, the cleanliness and the feeling that you were back in time in old Italy."

Great location, comfy bed, spacious bathroom,you name it, it was here. I can't say enough about the host, Simone! "The bed is the most uncomfortable and feels a piece of wood. Gave us backache every day. The owner should buy a new mattress!!!! One has to find an outlet to the toaster and everything. It was the worst we have stayed in VRBO. ."

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"Wir haben das schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Haus mit seinen gemütlichen Plätzen zum Baden, zum Grillen, zum Träumen sehr genossen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für traumhafte Wanderungen auf den Monte Subasio, entlang eines römischen Aquädukts durch die Olivenhainen, zu romantischen Bergdörfern. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit seinem netten und gastfreundlichen Vermieter sehr empfehlen."

The host Nadia couldn’t have been more considerate and accommodating (even bringing me the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday), and the house is absolutely extraordinary.
