"The hotel is new, in a great location, only a short 5 min walk from the main Protaras strip and beaches. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of pillows too which was a nice touch. We also has a pull out sofa bed for the little one which was brilliant. "There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. "The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things.
