Fue una experiencia desagradable, sábanas manchadas y quemadas con cigarrillo, colchón roto, sobre cama quemada con cigarrillo, el baño estaba limpio pero el inodoro estaba despegado del piso, el cuarto olía tereible, muebles viejos y dañados

Nasty room. Not cleaned and window facing rear of building left open. Room had been used and not cleaned. Numerous items in room broken. Shower moldy and flooding. Staff not helpful and rude. I reported this hotel to their County and state inspectors.

Entire second floor smelled of smoke. No option to stay on nonsmoking floor given. Could not sleep due to smell. I checked in and immediately left to do other things and returned around 10 pm to deal with this

The room was clean but there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there was only one towel in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable though.

I was given two different rooms that were both in need of painting and maintenance done on them. I was so disgusted with the state of the rooms that i checked out within a few hours of arrival

Dirty hallways, homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, smell of marijuana throughout the building, trash in stairways, parking lot, dumpsters overflowing.

There was a lot of activity going on in the parking lot with groups of young males congregated. Our room was not as clean as it should have been (dirty headboards, very dirty bathroom). We had 1 towel for 3 guests. When I asked for more, I was told the maximum is 2 towels per room. The pillows were very thin, about 3 inches tall. Linens were thin. We saw bugs crawling on our ceiling. We spent a miserable night here and only stayed because of your no refund policy. Goodbye Experian. I have booked with you twice in this area and both properties were the absolute pits.

Bad experience
I booked at least 2 weeks in advance. I got in there and only 2 workers. The first one said he will have to charge me $16.00 more for non-smoking, even though I selected non-smoking, when I booked the room! He said he will need to put me in a room by the kitchen because they do not have any available non-smoking rooms. He spoke a different language to the other worker and he put us in a non-smoking room down the hall. Under the mattress was dirty! A lot of hair, dirt and food. Sheets and blankets had a bunch of dog hair in them. No bed bugs thankfully!!! Did see roaches. Also the room smelled like dirty laundry. Under chair by window was a lot of dirt. I stripped the beds and pulled the mattresses out from the wall so they can see the dirt and food. Also a lot of shaddy people coming in and out.

It is filthy. No pillows. Sheets not clean. Floor sticky. Food in sink. Broken smoke detector. Light in bathroom is broken. Tv remote does not work. Phone buttons missing.

No curtains for the shower. A sink hole near the sink. No light bulbs for lamps. Once I pulled the cover, the sheets were stained. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Property refused to refund me my money 20 mins after check in

Overall, the front staff were helpful but this motel should be shut down. Lots of questionable activity going on and the owner/manager knows.

This place was aweful i dont understand how they are even still open we had to switch rooms 3 time the first was so dirty the second had mold on the walls the 3 was filthy but there was no mold and the ac worked and being midnight when checking in there was no other option of staying some where else the next night there was yelling of foul language and the "N" word and profanity was Bad.. As u went out side the back door there was people smoking dope and stuffing needles in there arms i was fed up they even offered my 10 year boy money to beat some lady up i WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN PS WE ALL LEFT WITH COVID

Arrived after 4pm. Stood at the front desk ringing the bell for service for about 10 minutes. Finally had to holler down the hall for help. No hello, no sorry, no thank you or any kind of good customer service. Halls were hot and smelled musty and of cigarettes. Room was hot!! 90 something degree weather and no air was left on. AC does not cool the room. Even at 12 am it was still hot. Toilet seat in bathroom was not on. It was left crooked hanging off the toilet. Only 2 towel was left in the room and a half used roll of toilet paper. Elevator were hot and smelled of urine. This is also a monthly hotel. Upon check out the desk clerk did not speak at all. Definitely one of if not the worst hotel we have stayed out.

We really appreciated the gentleman working the desk(Mitch) he did his best to accommodate us. The hotel needed major work. The A/C was broke in the lobby area. When we go to our rooms there was only one towel. The bathroom door stuck could only open it half way before it stuck to the floor. Remote for the TV only had one battery and no back on it. We had several roaches crawling across the bathroom area. This place needed to be shut down!

DONT BOTHER
Air conditioner never got cold. Had to go to desk to get towels, tissue, and pillow cases because none were in room. Nants were everywhere. The sink didnt drain. Alot of drug activity. People that werent guests were on side of building hanging out. Just a bad environment. Didnt stay left at 11:00.

Perhaps the only reason we didn't go to another hotel was the front desk clerk. The hotel appearance from the outside to walking in the lobby was shabby to say the least and outright dirty. The AC in the lobby area was not working. Even though I had spoken on the phone to the hotel earlier in the day to let them know we wouldn't arrive until 8:30 p.m. or so, which I was told would be fine, our reservation wasn't in the system. Despite being bombarded with questions and complaints from other guests, the lone front desk clerk remained professional, courteous and apologetic. He helped get us another room that was a suite and a little more costly than what we had booked, but I'm sure it turned out better. That said, the TV had no remote, so it was useless, there was one bath towel for a suite and the room was in bad shape. The only positive about the hotel was the front desk clerk. Our son just moved to Spartanburg, but on our future visits, we won't be staying at this hotel.

Room door didn’t close properly, the security latch was broken and looks to have been pried at some point. Lobby smelt like old food and wet dog.

There was hair in the tub drain, the room had 1 towel for 2 people. They are renovating so the light switches did not have a cover on it. Tub had chips in it.

This place was the dirtiest nastiest place i have ever stayed in. The shower curtain was meadowed. The tub was dirty. The blankets had cigarette burns. Even the replacement blanket had cigarette burns.The floor was so dirty my feet were black from walking on for less than 30 minutes. Never would book here again.
