"My wife and I stayed at the Trio Loft for a quick weekend getaway. The loft was clean and in good order as advertised. The check in process is smooth and simple with BNB’s guest portal. For those of you that are coming for the first time to Greenville, the parking garage recommended for this unit is safe and extremely close to the loft. There were a couple cosmetic items inside the unit that needed repair. The ceiling in the entryway is peeling and ceiling in the bathroom could use some basic...

"Wonderful condo, very large, great for 2 couples, right downtown, walk everywhere, parking garage right next door, very secure, had all the basic needs in the kitchen, great balcony (although there was some construction going on down in the court yard while we were there so it was very noisy on the balcony while they were working but in the evenings it was great to sit out there). I would highly recommend, 5 starts for sure! "
