The hotel is most likely a 3*, not quite a 4*, service was OK, nothing beyond praise. Even having booked a Premium Room, the room didn't seem "refurbished" nor with new décor, it definitely needed attention to a few details and improvements. Breakfast also OK but again not wonderful, fruit juices were very artificial. Considering the value, there...
