"The Yearling will always have a very special place in my heart. It is old Florida charm at its finest. The cabins are not 5-star accommodations, but rather exactly what you would expect to find located on Cross Creek between Lake Orange and Lake Lochloosa. They are clean, comfortable and offer an excellent view of the creek. The neighborhood peacocks call to each other while birds and other wildlife occasionally travel by. My husband and I have stayed three times so far and would love to go back...

"We have stayed with them before and loved it so much that we wanted to come back again. It was even better than we remembered and we can't wait to come back a third time. Very clean and love the fenced yard. Our dog Sammy had a good time chasing lizards! Ate breakfast out in the screened in porch every morning and it was so fun to listen to all the different types of birds and all the different woodpeckers too. Thanks for a relaxing time!"

"We had a great type staying the very adorable tiny house! It was well decorated (maybe too well) and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had never used a composting toilet before - so that what was our least favorite part. Everything else was top notch. We all found sleeping in the lofts to be very cozy and comforting. We had everything we needed to store food and make meals, a nice TV, and a shower. Excellent stay!"

"Our new “home away from home” on Nantucket! Photos on the listing do not do it justice; the house is perfectly clean, charmingly beautiful, and perfectly maintained. "Jill was wonderful to work with. Somehow VRBO created my reservation for 2026 instead of 2025. I never noticed until the night before we were to check in.I messaged Jill right away and she figured it all out for us. The apartment is in the perfect location to get downtown. It's easy walking or driving. Magnolia had everything we could want inside. We've got family in town so we will be back again. "
