My second time in 2 months. Nothing beats the tucked away privacy of this spacious home and yet it's just 2 minutes from the grocery and all other amenities. Not a cutesy cottage, a luxury home away from home with all the space to cook, unwind and play. I took my grown kids but would be great for a girls' get away or couples trip. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I'll be back.

The house is outstanding. It's not a vacation cottage, it's a real home with all the comforts. The location is very private, in a cul-de-sac. The kitchen is amazing and made my husband want to cook every day and we let him. Barbecuing on the porch was also fun. So central and super close to the foodstore. The photots of the property are quite accurate. We're booking to come back again soon.

We loved our stay at Cocoplum. The house was centrally located on the island so it made it super easy to get around. Access to a great beach just across the main street. Spacious and easy check in process. We loved our stay and cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful getaway

The house was just how it looks in the photos and a whole lot more. Wonderful grounds with privacy and spacious rooms with an amazing deck to enjoy the beautiful views. Will definitely be back. Everything and everyone was absolutely amazing!

Cocoplum

Cocoplum is a beautiful home with the best amenities and a great location. Our host, Carolyn, made sure we had everything we could possibly need. She even reserved the two golf carts for us before we arrived! The covered deck/patio was our favorite place to be while we were at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. We felt right at home while staying here for 8 days. Thank you Carolyn for doing everything to make our stay so comfortable.

A wonderful trip to Spanish Wells

We traveled to Spanish Wells for the first time with our family for spring break and had a wonderful stay at Cocoplum! The house was perfect, plenty of room for the 5 of us. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating and relaxing on the spacious porch. We loved exploring Spanish Wells and the surrounding area. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home and island with us! We hope to return!!

Perfect house, great location!

This is our second stay at CocoPlum and we just love it. The house, situated at the end of a quiet street, is very spacious, clean, updated and the porch is a dream. There's plenty of room to spread out as there's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all nicely appointed. It is centrally located with a very short walk to the beach and Food Fair on one side and just a block from the harbor on the other side. Our communication with Laura has always been great - we would like to meet her someday! Without hesitation, we would stay here again.

All the BEAUTY of the Island, all the comforts of home!

This was our first visit but it definitely won't be our last! Cocoplum is centrally located, beautifully maintained and decorated, while providing every amenity you need and is essentially home away from home! You can cook or grill a huge meal for friends and family because everything is there and at your fingertips; or relax on the beautiful covered porch and read a book. If catching a show or game is what you want, watch any program you wish on one of their smart tv's. It is also child friendly with baby bed, pack n play, bouncer and much more than we expected. We had not one issue and this will be our Spanish Wells destination for future visits. We loved the island, the adventures, the food and especially the people! You will not be disappointed in this wonderful home and all it offers.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. Great communication with Laura and Carolyn. We had an issue with the AC in the master and Carolyn went out of her way to make sure it was fixed the same day. Also, I appreciated her setting up transportation for us and taking us to the house to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was great and had everything we needed. The island and locals are amazing! We will be back!!

Tuna Time!

We had a great time in Spanish Wells. The beach was right down the street and absolutely beautiful. Had an incredible experience fishing for tuna! Our neighbor Mary in the beautiful pink house was so helpful and her pet goat Boat Goat made us smile everytime we saw her.

Awesome Experience

This was our first visit to Spanish Wells and Coco Plum was the perfect retreat for our 5 member family (3 kids ages 8 - 12). The house is wonderful and well stocked. With a rented golf cart, we had quick access to every part of the island and appreciated being able to load up beach chairs and towels to head to the beautiful northern beach. Internet was solid and we spent a lot of time on the spacious and private porch. Laura provided great information for arrival planning and Carolyn was very generous to meet us at the dock to show us the way to the house. She was also responsive to any questions we had during the week. Carolyn also makes a really great loaf of banana bread, but don't let her know I told you that.

Comfortable spacious home in residential neighbourhood

Cocoplum is a large and well-furnished home sitting on a lush palm and flower-filled property in a residential area close to the island’s main attractions. Carolyn, the manager, met us at the dock and remained in contact in case we needed anything. The charm of island life sometimes includes the sounds of roosters crowing, and dogs barking. This woke us up from 3-4 am daily. With windows closed and earplugs we still could hear the rooster next door. This was the only downside. The covered porch is great for reading and relaxing after a day on the beach. The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted and bathrooms had plenty of towels.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for my husband/me, our daughter/husband and their son. There was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for us all both upstairs and on the main floor. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing our meals and we LOVED the large outdoor porch with lots of comfortable seating surrounded by lush foliage. The property is tucked away from busy streets and really is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are A/C and fans in every room providing maximum comfort. Any questions we had were answered and dealt with very quickly. We really enjoyed this property and plan to return!

Such a special little hide away!

Our stay was amazing! The caretakers went above to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They made the house extremely kid-friendly for our 2 young kids. It was well stocked with necessities. We loved that the house was tucked back with a garden-like feel, but you still get a view of some water. It's so close to the beach, 5 minute walk or 2-minute golf cart ride. Spanish Wells now holds a special little place in my heart, definitely will be dreaming of the crystal clear blue waters and beautiful beaches for a while. Highly recommend this beautiful cozy home!

Quick Spanish Wells getaway

My family had a wonderful 4 day stay at Cocoplum. We had some drama with Silver Airways and my husband's passport and needed to change our trip dates 1 week before - we were lucky the home was not rented then and Laura was very gracious to allow us to make the changes. Its perfectly located in Spanish Wells and a very comfortable home, exactly as pictured and described. We rented a car for 1 day to explore Eleuthera and did a boat trip with Uncle Rob's another...he lives right down the street!

Vacation - get away with the family

Loved the house. Very comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking needs. Location being in town (not that you have to go far if out of town) was great. Very relaxing with all the chickens and roosters roaming freely and fruit trees in the yard.

Perfect Vacation Home!

My husband, daughter (23) and son (19) stayed at Cocoplum and it was the PERFECT vacation home! The owner was was helpful and quick to communicate and the caretakers on the island, Jerrod and Carolyn were amazing. Carolyn met us at the dock, took us to the home and showed us around the home. Jerrod kept us stocked with drinking water. We never needed them, because the house is so well stocked but I feel if we did need anything, they would be quick to respond. The house is beautiful and modern while still feeling like a classic island home. There were only four of us, but I feel like this house had plenty of room and would be comfortable with even more people. This home is close to everything, but still private with an amazing, tropical yard. We rented a golf cart but also used the 2 bikes that came with the house. They were so fun. Spanish Wells is an amazing island with beautiful beaches, friendly people and great restaurants. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Cocoplum! Thank you!

Spanish Wells Cocoplum

This place was a perfect relaxing getaway for our family. Owner and hosts are absolutely awesome, helpful and accommodating. They coordinated everything to help us get on the island and make our stay painless and enjoyable. We would definitely go back and stay there. Spanish Wells is gorgeous and everybody is friendly. We absolutely loved our time there. It was a great place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely recommend the house and the island!
