"The cabin was a dream! Kenny & team were extremely responsive and helpful. The space was clean and the amenities were wonderful. There were plenty of towels, linens and blankets. The bathrooms were great and had tons of room. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the weather was amazing. Any questions we had were answered quickly and he was very helpful! "This is still our favorite place to stay for our anniversary. There's been a LOT of changes since last we visited! There were some full trash bags around the back of the A-frame this time, making me think someone was enjoying the place only days before we arrived. There are also several new covered structures being built. While I expected this from my last conversation with the owner during our last visit, it was still a shock. I would love to know how the rental/visits are going to work once...

"Beautiful location but we arrived at night and had to use the flashlights on our phones to get in and figure out how to turn the lights on. There were several lights we never figured out how to turn on. Playing pool was comical because there wasn’t enough space for your pool stick on 3 sides of the pool table so it was a good laugh. I wish the property might have pulled weeds before we arrived. There were tall weeds in the pathways around the house. A hornet trap would be nice on the front porch...

"Stayed for 2 nights during spring break. Our family loved the cabin. Highlights included: nice hot tub, basement arcade games, outdoor tree swing, fun loft, and lots of space to hang out and play. The proximity to Sundance Resort was a big plus - really convenient to come and go throughout the day for spring skiing. Host communicated well, and had a really clear/helpful guide for checkin, stay, and checkout. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"

"First, the Pros: This is the 4th cabin we've rented on this same road at Sundance. It's location is AMAZING! We love it there no matter what time of year. The views, the peacefulness, proximity to both Sundance and Provo/Orem are all great benefits. This cabin parks 2 vehicles and comfortably sleeps 6-10 people depending on age.
