Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?"

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful area though we were on foot backpacking and unfortunately there was no evening food available so we didn’t eat as it was a walk back into town. Nice area to explore either walking or cycling and was very close to walk to the ferry on Rursee to go on to Rurburg. "

"El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación dejaba bastante que desear. Tienen dos zonas: una zona tipo hotel normal y otra tipo hostal (la habitación bastante desastrosa), y a nosotros nos alojaron en la zona "hostal". Tener cuidado con eso. Además tuve que pagar en metálico, pues no admitían tarjeta de crédito..... algo que no me había pasado nunca....."

"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. "Sehr freundliche, familiäre und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die alles dafür tun, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Küche kann bei Bedarf mitbenutzt werden. Parkplätze kostenfrei vorhanden. Waschbecken im Zimmer, Dusche und Toiletten befinden sich auf dem Flur, es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage. Restaurants und Bäcker ganz in der Nähe. "
