The staff were brilliant from moment one. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and plenty of it

A 6 bedroom property, 2 minute walk to the sea front, beach and restaurants.
Property location, facilities and condition were superb. Nothing missing or needed for our stay that was not already provided. Host made themselves available if required but were not intrusive at all.

Received a text stating that access codes for the property would be provided shortly after 14:00 for check in at 15:00. Phoned at 14:30 and left message. Wisteria Cottage, Topsham
