Come and discover our dream: creating a vineyard in a land where wine has been produced for over a thousand years. We invite you to our estate, a retreat in the heart of the Montagnola Senese, a protected area of extraordinary beauty where time seems to stand still and you can truly feel free.



Our rural accommodation is perched atop a hill, surrounded by ancient forests and crossed by the famous “strade bianche” of Tuscany—gravel roads winding through vineyards, olive groves, and medieval walls. Getting here is already part of the experience: a journey through breathtaking landscapes, where every turn reveals a new view worthy of a Renaissance painting.



We offer three apartments, accessible by stairs, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Each apartment features spacious double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom—designed for you to enjoy the peace, privacy, and serenity of the surroundings.



During your stay, you’ll have access to the panoramic pool (open April to October), hot tub, sauna, as well as our olive groves, vineyards, and the surrounding woods. Here, you can sample organic products we cultivate with passion, available according to the season.



Montagnola Senese, at 580 m above sea level and just 25 minutes from Siena, is a patchwork of hills covered with oaks and chestnut trees—perfect for hiking, cycling, and exploring landscapes rich in history.



You can visit some of Tuscany’s most fascinating gems: Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra, and many other timeless villages.



We only ask that you help us preserve this paradise by disposing of waste in the designated containers.
