Raquel was very helpful and responsive, and check in was super easy.The kids loved the pool and the back deck and pier and access to the canal was wonderful. The rooms were clean and kitchen lovely and well appointed. Highly recommend for a big group or 2-3 families. "

"Truely stunning home catered for 5 women easily. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms a complete kitchen with every amenity need. Stunning views of Tamborine Mountain down to the Gold Coast from the wrap around verandah. Spotlessly clean gas fire place picturesque gardens with he list goes on. We would definitely recommend Cloud9 for a most relaxing and peaceful retreat."

"Very pleased. Lots of rooms and spaces for our large group. Games room was popular with all the kids. Plenty of seating in dining room lots of plates, cups etc for a large family. 2 big fridges a bonus! The outdoor space and pool were well utilsed."

"The unit was a great spot to base our back to school shopping spree from. Nice spaces, clean rooms. The back deck area is wonderful! Lots of friendly local bird life stopped by to say g'day. The pool and hot tub were great after a big day out. Our only wish was for AC in the unit. "
