"Process of booking and communication with host was very easy. Host responded very fast to messages. The condo complex was nice and close to the entrance. A little noisy because of that but not terrible. The place was clean and comfortable with only minor wear and tear. Had to go out for an extra toilet paper roll, there was only one. Also could have used an extra blanket as our first night was cold at night but no extra linens. Also couldn't get the roku remote working but we have the roku app...

"Excellent. Average 12 uber from location to theme parks. Awesome loft for families. Wouldn't recommend party goers, community is quiet and reserved. Very clean. Only mention... queen size was largest bed... and mattresses, while new... weren't the most comfortable "

"Nice complex. Slider doesn’t open, bugs everywhere on the counter. There’s a water pump so when you use the water it bangs and makes lots of noise. Not sure the electric is up to code. On the positive side good location beds are comfy. Is stay near here again but never at this unit."

"I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the rental was. The pool was great and the poolside bar made relaxing much easier. The rooms had lots of space so you never felt closed in with a lot of people. The property was just minutes away from Universal. I recommend the drop off or ride shares to get to the Universal parks. Please go around the corner to the brew house and say hi to Wes, he’s a great guy. Only negatives that we encountered was just some of the other people around could be...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The drive to Universal and Disney were not bad at all. Very safe gated community! Other people have complained about the people who live above but they were not that bad and even if they were it’s an apartment building so it’s normal. We had a great time and will likely stay here again!"
