I accidentally broke a glass, reported it at checkout, and was told face-to-face it was no problem. A $10 damage charge then appeared on my card anyway. I've emailed the hotel to try to resolve it and been completely ignored. It's not the $10; it's being told one thing and charged anyway, then getting silence when you raise it. Unfortunately we had terrible neighboring guests loud and kids banging on the walls and doors, blasting music and screaming for over an hour late night, but it wasn’t the accommodation’s fault…"

"We booked the two bedroom apartment and we loved the apartment. Very comfortable with good amenities. The locals were surprised we stayed here but what they don’t know it has gone through some renovations due to new owners. Everything in walking distance."
