Laurelle is an absolute gem. She had every possible little attention ready for us to have a wonderful time. The house is spacious and has everything to enjoy a moment in the quietness of the area.

Three couples stayed at this property. We all felt the same way! It was clean, exceptionally maintained, well kept, and well stocked! The home is warm and welcoming like the properties host. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay at this home again! Everything you needed for your stay was provided, plus some surprise extras! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the rooms were big and spacious, the backyard was well maintained! Don’t think twice! Book this one, you won’t be disappointed!

Incredible property, great location, and Laurelle supplied the property with everything that guests could possibly need. This is a great property for 8-10 people, and it's a rarity to find a property with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for a large group of us in town for a wedding weekend! Laurelle's communication was wonderful, her home is lovely, clean, and spacious, and the area is beautiful. On top of meeting us and giving us more details on the house in person, Laurelle was also ready with suggestions for activities in the area. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot for our trip and would absolutely go back for another weekend escape from the city!

You will feel right at home at this stay. The host checked in multiple times to ensure everything was to our liking, and it certainly was. There is real thought that went into making this stay feel like a home and that shines through in details of every room. We could clearly tell the host makes a real effort made to ensure you have everything you need. King beds in all rooms and ensures was great for our group of 8 which was here for a wedding. Just a short drive to all the main areas as well. Loved the big back yard too. Would highly recommend this stay!

We had a great stay at Laurelle’s house. We were 5 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. The house was on a quiet street, thoughtfully renovated and stocked well above basic amenities. The location made it easy to get to local restaurants, wineries and towns. Laurelle was a lovely host, quick to respond and easy to work with. Bonus, she went above and beyond to mail back a charger we somehow missed. Overall, a great long weekend and place to relax.

We had a multigenerational group in this house, and it was a wonderful place to stay. There are four bedrooms upstairs, which are all identical: really spacious, king beds, and each with its own full bathroom. The living room is comfortable and well stocked, and the kitchen has everything you’d need for a weekend away. The only thing they didn’t have was a regular coffee maker, but they did have a Keurig machine with lots of pod options. The backyard is enormous, has a little basketball court plus a dining area with chairs, a great umbrella and grills as well as a fire pit. it was an awesome place for the kids and the dog to run around. The location was very good too, the neighborhood is very nice and it’s only a few minutes from the beach plus close to the cute little town of Southold and so much stuff on the north fork. Host was communicative and responsive, WiFi was solid, everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay to celebrate a close friend’s wedding. The house was extremely clean and spacious, stocked with everything you would need, and the comfiest beds! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! We went with our adult children and their significant others. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Plenty of space to hang out together either inside or out. The house was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described and it was very clean. The biggest problem we had was deciding which bedroom to stay in. Everything we needed was readily available including any toiletries we might have forgotten. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

What a great place to stay! We had a family wedding at a vineyard and wanted a place nearby to stay and catch up with family travelling from a distance. The pictures do not do this home justice. Our group was in awe of how tastefully this house was decorated - everything is new. While there are no pictures of the yard, it is very large and completely furnished with everything to enjoy spending time outside. We grabbed some of the games and played outside laughing and enjoying spending time with family until after midnight. Living room with fireplace and a smaller one upstairs for some quite time, if preferred. The adult children enjoyed the Playstation. Our group was actually planning a next time before we left. Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time in the North Fork staying at Laurelle's house! Checking in was very easy and communication was great, and the set up of the rooms / house was perfect for a group of friends. Worth mentioning that her dad lives in the adjoining house, which ended up being helpful when we needed a hand with getting the TV working.

Myself and three siblings stayed here for a weekend in June while we explored the local vineyards. The house and host were wonderful. House is all new inside, very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and showers had great pressure. The house is 4 full bedrooms with attached bathrooms, each one the exact same. Made it easy for each sibling to pick a room with no argument ;). Neighborhood was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

I stayed here with a group of 10 to attend a wedding in Greenport. It was perfect! Almost everyone had their own room, a private bathroom, and all the amenities we could need. There was plenty of of extra towels, toiletries, and cooking supplies. It was a very quiet and private neighborhood. Laurelle's dad lives in the attached apartment - we only saw him nice & he was very nice! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Laurelle's property. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. The outdoor seating area, BBQ, and fire pit was perfect for our group of 10. Laurelle was an excellent host and very communicative. The house was just as described- spacious, clean and new. Laurelle was helpful and gracious. We enjoyed the yard, firepit, and layout with the four big bedrooms and common spaces. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook meals. There were even outdoor games and board games for the kids! Great stay for a weekend with extended family!

Highly recommend booking this property! Each room was beautifully set up and perfect for a group of friends since each room has its own bathroom. The kids loved playing outside and setting up games in the upstairs loft. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for preparing breakfast and simple meals (even coffee pods and every spice!). Great location and easy to get to many vineyards, restaurants, and beaches. Only thing is that we didn’t realize someone lived on the property and while he was wonderful and not a disturbance, this should have been disclosed in the listing. Also the basketball net needs to be replaced and doesn't function. With that said,we still hope to visit again!

Laurelles’s house felt like home! It was exactly like described in the listing and then some. The house was immaculate, warm and welcoming. We each had our own space and we were able to cook lunch and dinner. We ate on the patio as the little ones played on the swing set. It’s close proximity to Breeze Hill Farm and Greenport Harbor Brewery made our family weekend even more special. The house met our needs in every possible way which led to an enjoyable weekend. Laurelle was the perfect host with great communication Would definitely recommend staying here
