Welcome to our charming retreat, where comfort meets convenience. This home provides ample space on two floors for your group. The first floor has Bedroom 1 with a cozy Queen bed and a versatile futon that unfolds into a Full bed, and Bedroom 2 with another inviting Queen bed. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed with a private bath, and Bedroom 4 has a comfortable Queen bed with a private access door to the shared bath.
Please note that the bunk bed in the home is specifically designed for children and should not be used by adults, especially on the top bunk. The bottom bed of the bunk can safely hold up to 400 lbs, and we kindly ask our guests not to jump off the bunk for safety reasons.

Animal Policy • NO CATS • Maximum of 1 medium/large dog or 2 small dogs • Non-shedding, hypoallergenic breeds only • Dogs must be house-trained • If a dog remains in the home while guests leave the property, the dog must be crated at all times • Dogs may not be left loose or unattended under any circumstances • Animal fee: $35 per dog, per night, payable through the Resolution Center on the day of booking
If a dog is allowed on the bed, guests must provide their own protective sheet. The booking guest assumes full responsibility for any damage, additional cleaning, or safety of the animal(s) on the entire property.
Leash & Waste Cleanup Requirements: All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors. Guests must bring their own dog waste bags, as they are not provided. Guests are required to immediately clean up all animal waste. Failure to remove waste will result in a $25 cleanup fee per incident, with each separate occurrence (each pile) considered one incident. This policy is strictly enforced, and any remaining animal waste will not be tolerated.
Unapproved Animals & Excessive Cleaning: Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 per day, per animal fee. If a guest brings an unapproved or non-hypoallergenic dog and the home is left with visible dog hair, the guest will be charged $115 per hour for deep cleaning until all dog hair is fully removed from the property.

Illegal Activity
Any sign of illegal activity, including but not limited to underage drinking or unauthorized parties, will result in immediate cancellation, a minimum fine of $500, and no refund. Additional charges may apply depending on the severity of the violation, damages, or required remediation.

Grill & Fire Pit

Wood is not provided for the fire pit. If used, both must be cleaned with water and covered before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per incident.

#HappilyJimenez Weekend
We gathered to celebrate my nephew and our stay was great! Our host was communicative as needed and super quick to respond. We appreciated the supplies left for us. We all relied on each other to bring products-- so when we all realized that no one had-- it saved the day. The kitchen is the heart of the home and it was where we sat to eat and reminisce over our younger years. Bedrooms are comfortable and ample. Overall, we enjoyed every day of our stay!

WARNING: This property is dangerously maintained, infested, and the listing is highly inaccurate. The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. This is a severe health and hygiene failure.The house has multiple maintenance failures:• Interior stairs are dangerously steep with a loose tread.• A broken floorboard in the kitchen caused injury.• Exterior side steps became dangerously icy.The listing photos are misleading/doctored. Carpets were visibly dirty and stained. Towels smelled strongly of mildew, contrary to host claims of daily laundering. The basement bath has a large ceiling water stain and a broken drain plug.When we reported the cockroach, TYCA reacted aggressively and defensively, denying the issue. They offered unreasonable relocation options late at night. We noted they also appear to post generic, fake 5-star reviews to obscure the true condition of the property.We strongly advise potential renters to look elsewhere. The host prioritized defensiveness over guest safety and accommodation.

200 Pondview Southington CT
Excellent accomodations for a family of six. One trash can of two outside was already full and so we made do filling the second and just made it to the end of our stay. The carpet in the TV room upstairs is easily tripped on as the adhesive tapes placed there do not work. The lamp on the left side of the couch in the main TV room has a faulty switch. The frying pans in the kitchen are very old and difficult to clean as well as much use as they have had, some new non stick pans would benefit that kitchen set. WE did not use or touch the outdoor furniture on the rear porch as it was too cold, but you need to check them out as there are many pieces that are broken with torn seats etc. These are minor things we bring to your attention even though we all feel the house gave us all pleasure to stay at with a nice quiet neighborhood and many convenience stores etc. nearby. WE would stay there again .
