The house was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving meal. The host was responsive and helpful during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items we needed to prepare our meal. We would love to come back next year!

Great location for golf trip

We had a group of 11 guys for a golf trip, so the 5 bedrooms equipped to sleep 2-3 people each was great. Additionally, extreme hot weather meant showers after every round, so having 4 full bathrooms made it easy to get cleaned up before dinner. The only issue we had was that the dining room table comfortably seats 8, maybe 10... but not 12. But the house has lots of room to hang out and play cards, shoot pool, mix and enjoy drinks, or watch TV. Kitchen was roomy enough to prepare meals, fridge/freezers had lots of space. We ran the dishwasher and laundry daily without any issues.

Great for larger number and short stay

We enjoyed the high number of beds to accommodate our large family for the few days in the area. The kitchen was stocked with very limited supplies. It was a great crash pad with very basic needs, but did what we needed for two nights.

Awesome stay in the village!!

We had a great time at 2 St. Andrews Place. It was close to everything, very clean and worked well for our large group. There is no shortage of beds and space! The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels and linens for an entire week! We stayed for US Kids World Championships. This house would even work great for two families to share. We may even be back!

Amazing!

The house was perfect! We stayed in the house for the US Open and it was fabulous. We Loved having the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. The house was in walking distance of Pinehurst and provided an amazing space for our family. We hope to be back for the next US Open in a couple of years.

Great Location, Good Stay

All in all, the house was totally fine. We stayed here in April of 2024 as a group of 12 guys for a golf trip. The house provided 12 beds which was really nice. That along with the location to local golf courses were the two best attributes of the house. The downside of this house (at least for a large group) is that there really isn't anywhere in the house where everyone can hang out together. There is an upstairs living room that seats 6 or so, a dinning room that hold 10 comfortably and a basement (where the main TV is) that holds 8-10 people. With a group of 12, however, we couldn't really all hang out unless we were on top of each other. The basement has a poker table (which is cool) and a pool table (which is also cool) but both of those down there prevents some really good space that would allow for more hang out area. All in all, it was a nice house and the communication with the property manager was great but I wouldn't recommend this house for a group larger than 10.

Perfect for the price

For the price, this is the best deal I’ve seen in the area for a large group. It has 12 comfortable beds, a pool table, and plenty of room throughout. If you have a group of 12, make sure you don’t have more than 6 vehicles, I could see parking being a problem with more than that. But overall we were all extremely satisfied with this property. It would not surprise me one bit to be back again soon.

Perfection

House was excellent for 12 golfers. Great location. Great house size with plenty of room to hangout. Communication was great with the property owner. Would definitely recommend. We will be going back when another pinehurst trip makes it on the calendar!

Great experience, overall! Some upgrades could be done to the home for the price of the stay! Cleaning could have been a little better (coming from someone who cleans homes)! Nothing was left for us about check out procedure so we did the best we could!

Beautiful location near Pinehurst Golf Courses

My daughter played in the US Kids World Championship so we turned it into a little family reunion. The house is amazing has plenty beds and rooms and very spacious. It was perfect and super close to pinehurst about 6-7 minutes drive

Close to everything!

We had 12 men doing a golf trip and this house is perfect for it! Everyone had their own bed! We were never more than 15 min to any golf course or restaurant! The manager has great and timely communication. We'll be back. thanks!

Our 4th of July stay

We traveled up to north carolina and met our family and friends. We were hesitant with all that is going on in the world. Happy to say this was a fantastic stay. The boys unwinded with the pool table, game table, the general space. I myself enjoyed the kitchen and backyard deck. I came prepared for all but I found it all here. Nothing missing, there was comfort, All was clean and very pleasant.
