"It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel."

"Location and house were as advertised on the site. The location is fantastic as it is a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the main street in Southern Pines. It is less than 5 minutes driving to Southern Pines Golf Club and 10-15 minutes to Pinehurst. There were a couple of issues with the property (clogged drain, light bulbs out, outdated refrigerator water filter) when we arrived, but the host was fantastic, as he jumped right on the issues the next morning and had most items corrected...

Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! "
