"This would probably be the only property that I would not do a repeat visit going back to Japan. The property itself is not the most convenient to get to, even being near'ish Kyoto Station. It's about a 10 minute walk in any direction to get to any of the trains. That said, that wasn't the worst part. The unit itself was interesting. The tatami floors though were scuffed and dirty. Clearly people had been wearing their shoes around inside which was disappointing. It had a washer in unit but no...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights during our time in Kyoto. Mr. Yoneda reached out to me several days in advance of our arrival with check-in information along with photos to show clear directions from the train station to the house. He greeted us when we showed up, explained all that we needed to know about the house and ensured that all of our questions were answered.
The accommodations in the home had what we were looking for in Kyoto: a traditional Japanese-style townhouse...
