"The entire stay was great! The host (Mr Tomoya) was very helpful at check in and gave us a detailed overview of the area and how to get around. I would definitely reccomend Jizo House to a friend and stay here when I visit kyoto next."

"Excellent location. Lots of places to eat nearby and not overly touristy. Decent supermarket nearby Great way for a family to experience the traditional Kyoto style of accommodation. All amenities are provided for. Thank you"

"This was the best stay in my current Japan trip with my family and friends! With a group of 7, the space never felt small and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to attractions and restaurants. The morning breakfasts and home stay in omakase were fantastic and delicious. Also, the in house baths were beautiful and amazing. "

"Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!! "

"Tradition ancient Kyoto-style house in great location. Parking space right outside the house. Spacious living room and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with tableware, cookware and seasonings. Narrow and slanting staircase to 2F so must be very careful when walking up and down."

"チェックインも時間より早めでしたが、スタッフの方のスムーズな対応でお宿に荷物を置いて京都観光することができ、大変助かりました。お部屋もキレイに掃除がいき届いており快適でした。コロナの影響もあり、夕飯は外食を避け、買ってきた食材にてお宿で食べることにしましたがお宿の周りにコンビニやスーパーがなく追加で買い物をするには不便です。しかしながら調理器具や食器類も整っているため食材のみで楽しく夜のひとときを過ごせました。総合的におすすめのお宿です。"
