"We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. It is clean. Breakfast is good. They are pet friendly and are willing to put us in a room away from other guests (when possible) to keep our dog quiet. The only challenge this time was check in. They were rekeying all the doors so it was loud and the key did not work, twice. The second time that we carried our stuff to the 4th floor and the key did not work, the fire alarm sounded right above our head. That was rough for our little dog....

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice . However, I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, even called to confirm the room. But when I arrived they did not have a wheelchair accessible room for me. The bathroom was not accessible in any way. So the room was a challenge for me."

"This inn used to be the Econolodge in Zanesville. We were traveling and had booked a stay for one night on the way to our destination. The non-smoking room had a faint smell of cigarettes, the top sheet had burn holes and stains, the springs in the bed squeaked with the slightest movement, and the shower drain was clogged. When I went to drop off our keys for check-out, a guest was being arrested near the office. The photos on the listing were not accurate and I would not recommend staying here."
