We rented this beautiful home for our son's Wedding Weekend in Southampton and it could not have been more perfect! The house is so spacious, beautifully updated, well appointed and sparkling clean. We were able to enjoy the outdoor space, the pool and the deck area. The property is spectacular, private and so peaceful. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again .

The grounds were nice, the pool is lovely, good location, and the host was responsive, but the house felt tired and like it could use some TLC. I’d say at least 25% of the light bulbs throughout the house were out, the BBQ grills didn’t really work, among other minor things, and while the host was kind enough to offer to send an electrician, these are things I would hope would be taken care of before our arrival at these prices. Kitchen is small and dated. Felt like there was very little time between renters and a high turnover rate, and overall just a little overpriced for what you are getting here, even for the Hamptons.

wonderful stay in south hampton

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful home. It was everything that it stated and then some. We were in for a family weekend event and the homebase was perfect. Spacious and private at the same time. Back deck was perfect, pool was an added bonus! Perfect time had by all! thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

Great Stay

We were a party of 4 couples in town for a wedding. The house was private and everyone was comfortable with their own room and bathroom. The house came with everything we needed. Overall, the house was clean, as advertised and exactly what we wanted.

Great family friendly stay

Beautiful home with plenty of rooms+bathrooms for a large group. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old and we all fit very comfortably. Pool and hot tub were very nice although to rainy to use during the stay. Close to both sag harbor and south Hampton. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun family stay

Property was very nice, pool was wonderful and jacuzzi was relaxing. The property is secluded so you feel cut off from the world though you are very close to town. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get access to any of the beaches which is something that should be clarified to the renters. All in all my family and I had a great time

Charming house which needs a serious update

Charming house which needs a serious update as many things are broken or falling apart in particular the kitchen which is very old. Cupboard are all sticky for example. This place has no particular charm inside. it is very dry, however the garden is very nice and well kept, property is clearly intensively used for renting. Not enough sun umbrella and moldy lounge chairs. Be aware that the owner refuses to turn off outside video surveillance (except the camera on the swimming pool side).

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great stay

This was a great home to celebrate in and stay with family. The house is spacious, however, the kitchen is small. Lots of room for many to sleep. The backyard is huge and pool is awesome and the hot tub was a real joy. I wouldve liked to see hand railings on the steps outside leading to the pool for older members of the family and those with mobility jssues. Perhaps the owner can consider this for the future. Overall it is a beautiful property and a very comfortable home to stay in.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Spacious and oh so comfortable for the whole family! Owners and manager were always extremely responsive and made our stay perfect! The beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi were a big hit with my family of 8 and the house was very well stocked with towels, cooking utensils, dishware and pots and pans. We all had a delightful relaxing time together!

Great for entertaining!

Beautiful home!! We had a group of 10 girls at the property for a weekend and it was great! Large, beautiful living room with large dining table that was great for a group dinner. the patio and pool area were beautiful and well kept . Overall the layout made entertaining so fun and easy! Large bedrooms and so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Very close to Southampton and watermill. Would definitely stay here again! The entire process was so easy and it is such a gorgeous property!

Fantastic time and great home!

We had two families stay recently for a mid- August stay (9 days) and we had a fabulous time. The home owner was very professional, warm and accommodating. Thank you! 1) The home check-in process was easy breezy. 2) We arrived to a clean home and great outdoor space. 3) Beds were comfortable and everything was in good working condition. 4) Eating area is not inside kitchen (which we are generally used to) but it did not bother us as the large and comfortable dining table was only a few steps away. 5) The home shows better in real life than the photos. I was concerned the pool was too far from the house but this was not the case. It actually worked better for us the house sat on top of a small hill overlooking the pool so we could see the pool action where our kids frequently played. 6) The owner was generous with the small heating fee to keep the pool nice, warm and inviting to swim at all hours. 7) Nice quiet neighborhood in a super private outdoor setting made a great time to take a nap or curl up with a good book. The only suggestion I would make is to bring some cooking items and coffee grounds before you arrive. Butter, condiments, cooking oil, garlic power or whatever you think you will need to flavor the grill or prepare your meals. Other than that, the owner was thoughtful and provided everything needed for a great extended stay! Thank you to great memories and a relaxing time in your home!

Beautiful and Relaxing Home

My family and I had an amazing time at Raffaella's home over memorial day weekend. It was the perfect spot to relax poolside and grill some steaks, and had lots of backyard space bordered by trees on all sides, so that you feel like there's nobody else nearby. My sister and her boyfriend even used the opportunity to get engaged over the weekend! Thanks again for letting us stay and looking forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful private home on lovely large lot.

Exceptional home with all the amenities. Perfect for 10 people. Plenty of space. Nice large bedrooms and updated bathrooms. The outdoor space was amazing! The perfect Hamptons home for a family getaway!

From the moment you enter the gate into the property, you know that you are in for a special treat! This home was such a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, and the property was so inviting that you wish you'd never have to leave! The house had plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for 3 couples, a toddler, and a dog, and we all loved the backyard (especially the pool area)! As soon as we booked this home, the owner was extraordinarily responsive and the property manager was easy to reach while on site. Thank you so much to Raffella for making sure that our weekend met and exceeded our expectations!
