My room was unacceptable, there was mold and the shower was flooding the bathroom all the time, the wifi did not work very well and the owner/manager was not helpful. I had to call every time we needed more towels and she was not welcoming or friendly at all. When we told her about the shower she did not show any remorse

Surprise, surprise!
Lovely small FULLY and TASTEFULLY renovated motel in Southampton. Lovely touches, crown moldings, updated everything! This is not what you think of when you think of a 1950's motel. . . . very upscale. Quiet, convenient . . . Will definitely return!

Great location close to town. Incredibly clean and fresh. The furnishings make the most of very small space. Due to COVID there was no coffee at all on the premises.

I wish I could rate this higher: Location-5 Hospitality-5 Cleanliness-5 Bed-1. We had a twin room. The mattresses were extremely low quality and uncomfortable. A simple upgrade would make this place a 5

excellent value
I travel to Southampton a few times a year for work and have to be budget-conscious. This was a hard-to-find bargain! The room was very clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, A/C worked well. Having stayed at more than a few of the musty inns in the area I'm glad I gave this place a try, I will be booking again.

Clean and quiet. Small rooms but we didn't go to stay in a hotel we went to enjoy the town. Woukd certainly go back. The guy was noce enough to let us check out at 2 instead of 11

Great place to stay!
We stumbled upon the Southampton Village Motel for our pre 4th of July getaway. The manager, Thomas, was fantastic! He told us about different restaurants, beaches and sites to check out during our stay. We were able to check out bikes during our stay to get around the town. They were great for going to the beach and exploring the quaint downtown. We did have some ant issue and told Thomas, who took care of it immediately. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be sure to come back.

We had an excellent stay at the Southampton Village Motel. Tom was phenomenal in making sure we had everything we needed, and was super gracious in providing town recommendations. Clean stay especially during COVID times.

Hidden gem.
We enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed once before right after the renovation and liked it enough to return. The property has been maintained meticulously. Proximity to town is key.

It was located minutes from town! Very clean, very quiet and very nice manager. They offered bikes, beach parking passes, towels and free water, coffee and cookies. There is a lovely back area for reading or relaxing outside. Overall it was perfect!

lovely motel, better than expected. close to great restaurant Red Bar & 10 minute walk to town. Thomas is a super kind gentleman & answered all our questions and made thoughtful suggestions. He was especially helpful. Room was updated and serene with beachy design details. There are bikes to borrow but we didn't see helmets so we just walked to town. There are not many options for accomodations in So. Hampton & I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Hamptons getaway
Modern and well done with the renovated rooms. Building, Grounds and landscaping are meticulously maintained and perfect. Fantastic location near town. Confotable, cozy and quiet. Manager Thomas was a pleasure and very hospitable and accommodating. Love the fact that we had bikes, beach towels and beach pass included for such a great price! I would recommend 100% staying here.
