Great property. Open living area great for the family. Smart home devices all worked, sound system, TV etc. owners were super responsive and communicative when needed. Back yard was fantastic even in the dead of winter.

Beautiful, relaxing home

We loved this home. Its in a great neighborhood not far from the Village of Southampton and near the train station too. The pool is gorgeous, the beds comfortable and seems to be newly renovated. A great stay!

Great time! Great house. Great Hosts!

We really had a wonderful time at this home. It’s a perfect mix of heading into the village, going to the beach and just staying around the house and lounging by the pool. Clean and well-equipped and perfect for a family of five! We cooked and had everything we needed and the location is close to everything. They did a really nice job restoring this home to perfection! Most importantly, the service was wonderful and the hosts not only helped us with the recommendations for places to eat and where to go but they also took my call in the evening to figure out a hot water issue I was having and solved it right away. They even came out to the home to double check everything and help us figure it out. Great people, great house, Highly recommend!

Picture Perfect Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic week at this charming, bright, clean, and comfortable property. The pool area/backyard was absolute perfection and the household accommodations were state of the art and very comfortable. The owners were exceptional with their communication throughout the stay. GREAT Place for a group

I had a great time for the weekend and Chris was a great host as well. He was very responsive when we had problem and they were very few (we just didn't know where things were lol). I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a great place and will definitely try to book it again next time I go to Southampton.

Perfect Hamptons Beach House

We had an amazing time. The house was clean and even more beautiful in person. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 friends. The location was perfect for biking and walking to the town and beach. The house has everything you could need and the owners were very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

A great Southampton spot

This was a terrific getaway in Southampton. The owner was responsive and the property was exactly as outlined in the listing. Well appointed and room for the whole group (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs). A short trip to town and the beach make this a perfect location.

There were ants at the property but the manager indicated it must be because we left food out. We didn't The toilet backed up - we needed to call other friends for help to fix The furniture was poor quality and we were charged for a chip on a cabinent (that no one recalls) and someone put their foot on the coffee table and it split. Yet Another damage charge We are not drinkers, had no party, were watching netflix mostly in the evening, so hardly a rowdy bunch. We wouldn't recommend.

Great getaway for a week!

Couldn't say more about the week my wife, small dog and I had at this house. It was extremely clean with all of the amenities we could have asked for - including the big backyard, which our dog loved - and the owners were extremely communicative. Great location as well -- very close to the town itself. Would stay here again in a second!

Best Hampton House Ever!

The house is gorgeous and the property is huge! This place really has it all. My girlfriend and I and our dog stayed here for the weekend as a getaway from NYC. The owners are very communicative. Highly recommend it, we will be back!

Perfect Hamptons Getaway

This house was in the perfect location and was very nicely renovated and updated. Walking distance to Southampton village, and just a short car ride to the beach or to numerous wineries and farms, this house was in the best location in Southampton.

Beautiful house, great communication, lovely weekend

We had a fabulous time. The house was clean, looked just like the pictures and the backyard was scenic. Check-in and check-out were the easiest I have experienced at a rental like this. High tech house with google homes, heated toilet seat and bidet in the upstairs bathroom and google nest thermostat. Easy to get in touch with the owner.

Perfect beach house

Enjoyed a lovely labor day weekend with several friends in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, close to the beach, town, and highway. Lots of bikes, games, beach chairs, etc. The inside decor is beachy chic, beds are comfortable, and the backyard is to die for! Hope to be back next summer!

Great stay in SH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. The house is clean, new and has everything you need to be comfortable. Beds are super comfy and have nice linens too. Owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend a stay here. A note for beach goers - the Village of SH requires parking permits at beach parking lots - so we ended up driving there to drop off our beach supplies, then the driver went back home to park the car and bike the 2 miles back to the beach.
