Weekender
Wonderful accommodations. Spacious and well appointed. Has a great visit. The location is fabulous. Aruna was fabulous at reaching out as well as responding to my messages-all very quickly which was appreciated. Truly loved this place- favorites were the multi head shower, hot tub and fire pit. The cherry on top was the view. Will definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfect escape!
Lovely quiet neighborhood close to beaches and all the local attractions, but then with a lake on your back doorstep. Easy parking and a stop and shop grocery store around the corner. Extremely attentive host. Beautifully clean and welcoming. Even had a little ambient music going to add to the welcoming ambience. Large kitchen island for easy meal prep. Would love to come back. Felt right at home away from home.

Perfectly peaceful
What a gem, this house was perfect, plently of room, unique, the views of the water were gorgeous. Kayaks and SUP are a great way to check out the lake. All the amenities were wonderful and the owners are very attentive to ensure a great stay. Would love to go back!

home away from home
our family of 6 enjoyed a 4 night stay on the lake. The kids spent all their time fishing, turtle hunting & kayaking. At the end of the day the hot tub was a relaxing treat. We hope to make the Cape a family tradition for years to come. Thanks for the stay!

Great Family Vacaction
Had a wonderful trip and loved being on the pond. Morning kayaks were great way to start the day and the beaches were close. Tons of great ice cream and kid friendly activities nearby. Would visit again

Family vacation
The house was as advertised. Great to have access to the pond for fishing, paddling and swimming for little ones. Very convenient to beaches, restaurants, attractions, and groceries. Check in was easy and Aruna was very communicative. Outdoor shower and hot tub were really nice added features. Would definitely recommend!

Great Cape House
We loved this house. Right from the walk in, clean, spacious, modern. Had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard on Long Pond with kayaks and paddle boards, which we loved and used every day. My sons fished off the dock. We grilled out a few nights and made s’mores on the gas fire pit. Good size yard and a full deck for dining. It had everything we needed. We brought our dog and it was a nice neighborhood to walk through and he enjoyed swimming in the pond. Hoping we’ll be back next summer.

Already Booked It for Next Year
The accommodations were spotless and beautifully decorated. The yard and water access exceeded our expectations. Waking up to swans and kayaking every morning was perfect. The hot tub and fire pit were also a plus. We usually do touristy stuff when on the cape but this time we did not leave the yard and the water!

Cape Cod Getaway
This is a lovely cottage on a sweet pond with a dock and all the accessories for a little row or glide on the pond. The cottage had everything we needed for our (too short) stay - great room for relaxing and watching movies, a pleasant backyard to relax and eat, or enjoy the hot tub or hammock - all in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed all the local restaurants and recommendations, driving all the way up the Cape to PTown, and exploring the National Seashore and beaches. Great communication with the owner as well. Thank you! ❤️

Top Favorite
This property made it to the top of my favorites list. It was clean, new and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything. Communication with the owner was also seamless and replies were prompt. The owners are very kind!! My family and I had a lot of fun here and definitely consider this a place we would like to come back to in the future.

Great time with friends!
This place was perfect for us. Location was great, close to many amazing restaurants but the place was very private as well so we never felt like we were bothering anyone. Aruna is a kind and very responsive host. Would stay there again if we ever head to Cape Cod again in the future.

Cozy Cape Cod Getaway in Yarmouth
We recently rented Sundance Cottage and had a wonderful time! One of the highlights of this rental was the serene backyard river. It added a tranquil ambiance to the stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the water, taking in the peaceful surroundings. The interior of the property was tastefully decorated and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area made it easy to relax and feel at home. The bedrooms were cozy, and we had a restful night's sleep on the comfy beds. The property owner was very friendly and responsive, providing helpful information and recommendations for local attractions. Their attentiveness added to the positive experience. In summary, our stay was fantastic! The location, cozy interior, and the presence of a serene backyard river made it a memorable getaway. I would recommend it to those seeking a peaceful Cape Cod retreat.

Speechless
If you feel like there is no such thing as excellence anymore, you need to book a stay at the Cottage and work with Aruna! The Cottage is amazing and looks even better in person than in the beautiful pictures! We stayed for several days at the end of April for a family wedding, and I can only imagine what this property looks like in full bloom! It's clear that Aruna put thought into every detail inside and out because there is not a single suggestion that I could make that she has not already thought of! Lastly, Aruna is incredible! We arrived late at night and were tired from a long day of traveling. I could not easily find the information she had sent on how to get into the cottage, so I texted her. She immediately responded with that answer and even more than what I asked for. From the time I booked the property, to the time we left the Cottage, Aruna was exceptionally helpful and communicative. This was our first VRBO stay, and I must say that the bar has been set high. Outstanding. Thank you, Aruna!

Perfect Getaway
Fantastic location on the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located right on the pond. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The hot tub is amazing as is the outdoor gas fire place. Aruna’s communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. I definitely recommend this rental!

Great spring getaway on the cape
My girlfriend and I stayed in this cottage for a few days in early spring. From the time of booking, Aruna was incredibly communicative and helpful. Not only did she occasionally check-in via text to make sure we were happy and having a good time, she also provided a wonderful and comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in the area. The cottage itself was pristine and has everything you need for a relaxing evening. We had a wonderful time kayaking in the lake in the backyard, then spending evenings by the firepit. I can only imagine how awesome the cottage is during the summer, and I look forward to the day that I'll find that out for myself!

Fantastic pre-Christmas getaway
We've never been to the Cape in winter, but we all had a great time. The cottage was super cozy and had everything we could want. The view over the lake was beautiful and the hot tub, firepit and indoor fireplace were all very welcome after brisk walks on the beach. (It was a little too cold for the kayaks!) The hosts were very helpful - we appreciated the video tutorials on how to operate the firepit and hot tub.

Gorgeous, pristine lakefront property with hot tub, fire pit & perfect mix of sun and shade
From the moment I walked in, I could see the lake through the large dining room window, and again in the living room and primary bedroom (with half bath). The house was very clean and well-organized. Linens as well as coffee creamers were provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And the bedside stand chocolates — nice touch! The owners provided a selection of wines at a low cost for those of you future guests who might not want to make a trip to the store. Aruna was very responsive and provided a long list of things to do and places to eat — much appreciated . We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Property was very nice with great amenities. Kayaks right out your back door with a nice size outdoor gas fire table and hot tub!! The host was very responsive ensuring we had everything we needed and provided great info prior to arrival about location. Will come again!!!!

- It was exactly as described in the listing - The owners provided everything we could possibly require - The kitchen was fully equipped with good quality knives; pots and pans of all sizes, matching dinnerware and glassware and a variety of bakeware - The rooms were as described; cool, clean and roomy, the beds were comfortable. - The bathroom was clean, and well kept. - There was so much to do, even when it rained; the owners provided a lot of board games, jigsaw puzzles, activity packs, books, and you could stream content on all of the TVs. - We were provided with kayaks, paddle boards, and plenty of inflatables. - The fire pit was clean, easy to turn on and off. - An outdoor grill was provided, with grilling tools and lighter fluid. - The hot tub was impeccably clean and well sanitized - The water front was idyllic - We felt so welcome, we had a great time.

Lovely Cape getaway
We had a great stay! The house and yard were beautiful, hot tub was warm and clean, and we appreciated the cozy throw blankets on a chilly, windy April weekend. Plenty of space for our teens, and we loved that it was dog-friendly! Thanks for a great break.

The house was perfect for my wife, son and myself. It was a great launching pad for seeing the Cape!
Relaxing few days away from it all. Lots of beaches to walk the dog (great dog friendly house). Inside of house was well maintained and great amenities (spent hours in the jacuzzi!). The pond in back lent privacy to the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Winter Getaway
I booked this home for my birthday week and invited family and friends to stay a day or two. Everyone enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and location. We had fun using the hot tub in the cold weather and dining out at local restaurants. Very relaxing!

Just Perfect!
What a wonderful spot to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday! Our family surprised her with this little getaway and it was just perfect. Aruna was super timely with all her communications and the cottage was so cozy with a beautiful view of the pond. We really enjoyed the hot tub and lucked out with an unseasonably warm February day to sit outside around the firepit. We loved it so much we are already planning to return for my dad's 75th!

Great Cape Cottage!
This cottage is super cute. The decor is clean and beachy, the kitchen is fully stocked with any equipment you might need, and the living room has plenty of seating and a cozy vibe. Our family of five enjoyed using the kayaks on the pond during our unseasonably warm week in December, and hot tub was a fun spot to unwind at the end of the day. Aruna was a wonderful host and, overall, I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Perfection!
The cottage was just perfect! The location was great and the scenery was absolutely tranquil. Lots of windows overlooking the lake, a fire pit for smores, kayaks and SUPs, a hot tub, great outdoor space! The interior has been updated really nicely and Aruna has thought of everything. There are books, wine, and board games. This cottage made me want one of my own!

Terrific getaway
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house itself is very nicely decorated, has an amazing backyard and the pond itself is lovely. We regularly used the provided paddleboards and kayaks, and our family of four (including a 13 and 10-year old) had a blast. Was also great to bring our dog! The owner is incredibly available and responsive throughout the whole process.

Very clean. Kitchen and living areas appear to have been recently updated and are in very good condition. Being able to sit in the back yard overlooking the pond is very peaceful plus having kayaks there was very enjoyable Close proximity to beaches

Cozy cottage on scenic lake
Beautifully decorated small cottage with direct access to pond. Kayaks and paddle boards right by the dock, jacuzzi, fire pit and hammock make a great outdoor space with a beautiful view. The house is well equipped and organized. The owners were easy to communicate with and made every effort to make our stay easy and relaxing.

Really memorable view, thoughtful host, and a great house
As you can see in the pictures the house is beautifully designed and reality did not disappoint. The view from the cottage though is the best part. This house looks right out into a peaceful body of water that you can swim in, kayak on, or just take in. The weather didn't cooperate for us to swim, but it was beautiful all the same.

Lovely cottage
Everything was great about this stay. Easy and timely communication with the host with very helpful email instructions and info about the area. Really nicely decorated, peaceful cottage with large tv, comfortable couches, a nice enclosed deck abd a hot tub. Having floats, kayaks and paddle boards and the dock right there was over the top amazing. There are lots of ducks, a swan, river otters to watch. Just a charcoal grill not a gas so come prepared. A nice gas fireplace for cold nights, washer and dryer and provided paper towels, toilet paper, dish abd clothes soap. The square footage was a bit smaller than I had imagined for 3 of us and our dogs, but worked out fine. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we got lucky with nobody being at the 2 neighbors houses so our dogs did not bark. Right near a Dairy Queen which was a bonus for my kids. I highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful getaway, so clean!
This was the perfect winter getaway and everything was incredibly clean, which made us feel comfortable. We kept talking about how awesome it would be to come back in the summer!!

Peaceful, Beautiful Location, & Excellent Host!
This cottage at South Yarmouth has a wonderful location in front of the lake and nearby beaches. It was peaceful! The home was so clean and it had everything you need. The hot tub, kayaks, paddle board were great. The host, Aruna was outstanding!! She provided helpful information before we arrived and answered our questions right away. We had a pre-wedding stay and we loved it! We will stay there again!!

Great Visit
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Aruna, the owner/manager, is very responsive and helpful. We particularly loved being right on Long Pond - great kayaking and paddleboarding, with a sandy beach for swimming almost next door.

Great Cottage
The cottage was great...very clean with great amenities and a perfect location. Property manager (owner) was really a pleasure to deal with and we could tell took great pride in the property. Everything was excellent!
