It was decent
The furniture in the room was worn and stained in areas, but the room was clean. The hotel/rooms seemed to be older, but the shower was updated and quite nice.

This is a hidden gem. The staff were very pleasant and the place was clean. Such a cozy little getaway. We would be back for sure.

Convenient and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and staff v. friendly. Unfortunately we had some noisy people in the room above us, who made a lot of noise in the evening as were trying to get to sleep.

The manager and all personnel of the property were exceptionally helpful and friendly. And the room was the most spotlessly clean room I have ever stayed in. A most convenient location, also.

I’m looking forward to a repeat visit
My friend and I were visiting with other friends who were in the area, but they didn’t have room to put us up overnight. The Escape Inn was every bit as charming as the website indicated. We were greeted by Lisa, the manager, who graciously carried our bags up to our second-floor room. (My friend and I both are in our 80s, and the bags were a little heavy for us.) The room was very spacious and charmingly decorated, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Not the same as being home, but not a bad runner up. I used the mini-refrigerator for my leftovers and found them to be quite cold in the morning. I’m looking forward to returning there next summer.

small but nice
EZ contactless check-in. clean room and bathroom. small but adequate. parking lot was a bit cramped, but manageable. quiet. tv was "youtube tv", so all the local channels and the usual cable stations...tbs, espn, etc etc. unable to cast from tablet or phone to tv.

Modern amenities with a Cape Cod feel
We don’t need “luxury” but we need cleanliness and efficiency. That’s exactly what we got throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple and adequate with fresh fruits, good coffee, interesting tea etc. I even had banana bread and a tiny, tiny piece of brownie to start my day. Thank you, Caroline and team! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room and the seating area outside were beautiful. They had nice touches like full bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner and also had an armoire to put our clothes in. The complimentary continental breakfast in the cute lobby was a plus!

My husband and I stayed here for a one night getaway. The room was clean, large, and super cute. The pool area was very well maintained and had lots of chairs and tables. We loved the contactless check-in/out. It made everything so easy. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Close to beaches. Can’t wait to return. Please never change a thing!

First time staying here .. what a hidden jewel !! The staff and lobby were so clean and welcoming ! Adorable set up for a quick breakfast ! Easy check in and our room was fabulous ! So clean and well kept ! Beach theme decor was perfect ! The bedding was clean and super soft ! Lots of towels and products supplied ! Keurig was a plus ! Can’t wait to go back !

Lovely stay, as always. My room was tidy with a cute beachy motif and the queen size bed was comfortable. Staff was super warm and friendly. And the included breakfast was a delight! You won’t find a better place to stay along this stretch of Route 28.

Beautiful and cozy
Room was very nice and clean. Bed was too firm, I find that is typical with hotels. I also wish they had walk in shower and handheld shower head. I also struggle with sleeping flat since getting an adjustable bed in my home. The inn was quiet as well. I did go in the pool, it wasn’t refreshing since it was very humid. It was nice to getaway and we did enjoy our stay. I always have to adjust to changes no matter where we have stayed. I do however bring my memory foam pillow so that helps. I recommend the escape inn

The hotel was an updated beach motel. The lobby was clean and very cute. The room was clean and had a New England beachy feel. We loved the tv with the option to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. We loved that there was an ice cream shop right next door! It was a great hotel and I plan to return again.
