You can not beat being staying on the beach. It was so nice to not worry about packing up for your day, leaving things behind. The view from the house is amazing, offering stunning sunrises. The location has several great restaurant's to choose from in a 10 min radius, as well as plenty of activites like the pirate museum, mini golf, shopping. We can't wait to go back.

Amazing Fourth of July Location

Our family loved staying at Cape Cod. We had fireworks on all sides of the beach. The water temperature was nice, we enjoyed using the kayaks, the sand is soft and perfect for sand castles. The owners are friendly and helpful. Perfect for a beach vacation. This location really is a gem. Our neighbors were friendly and the beach is great for families. This truly is a private beach front which we especially appreciated on the 4th of July as the other properties became quite crowded. We brought groceries and enjoyed the full stay at the beach house and out in the sunshine. We also enjoyed a sunrise and sunset from the beach.

Nice getaway

Enjoyed the nights there. Calm, quiet, clean area. Beach is good for long walks but not strong waves if that's an expectation. Kids had fun.1st floor shower needs a fan and a better showerhead.

Amazing Place

Took my wife and kids there, it was everything it says it is and more. Such a beautiful, clean house, such beautiful views to wake up to, and the owner Dawn, such an amazing person to work with. Already looking to book future dates and will be visiting at least a couple times a year. Highly recommended.

Beach vacation

This was a beautiful house and exactly what was described. We booked the house last minute due to unforeseen circumstances with our other VRBO reservation. Everyone had a fabulous time with enough room for everyone. Would definitely book the house again.

Wonderful Vacation

The house was clean and spacious. Easy access to the private beach was a bonus with young children. The house was centrally located to all kinds of activities? We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again.

Great location

Really amazing experience. Beach all to yourselves and the house is super nice. In a great location with lots to do around. Hard to vacation with small kids in general but this house made going to the beach an easier process and had everything we needed! Will recommended to anyone and wont be our last time there!

Exactly as advertised. The location is cannot be beat - literally walk out onto the sand. Minor ant issue (it happens!) and it was handled promptly. Fantastic communication with the property owners, even on things that weren't specific to the house. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

It was a nice place right in the beach! Beautiful location! The only thing we had an issue with was the low ceilings..all our boys are 6 1 or taller..but we made it work and all had fun! Its centrally located by everything.we enjoyed! Thank you for letting us stay!

I booked this for my best friend’s 50th birthday and there wound up being 7 adults and three 10-12 year old kids and there was plenty of room and lots of fun to be had. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful home, as stated, right on the ocean. Stunning views. Double and twin beds were a little rough to sleep on. But no other complaints with the home. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Cape get away. Or even a weeks vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us here on VRBO!!!!

A great place to stay

The location of this house can't be beat. The backyard is the sand/ocean and it is a very easy drive to mini golf, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc. Our kids loved playing in the sand. We stayed here with another family with toddlers as well. There was plenty of space for everyone. I will also note that the dishwasher drain stopped working, but the owners responded promptly and had the plumber out within hours and the dishwasher repair person out the next morning. It was very much appreciated and great service. Overall, we would stay here again, but there were a few cons. The carpeted floors are rough for a beach house. It was impossible to keep the sand out, so the floor always felt dirty. We did use the provided (very old) vacuum daily, but it didn't do much to get the sand up. The home could also use some updated/safer furnishings. The coffee table in the living room looks cute at first glance, however one touch from a toddler will show that it is actually just seashells on a table with a hula hoop over the top to supports a large piece of glass. We pushed it into the corner right away, but the babies kept crawling to it, and it was a hazard we had to watch the whole time. Overall, I would recommend this home. The location is amazing, and it made for a great vacation. The home could definitely use some upgrades, but we still had a wonderful time

Efficient beach house

The house is efficient. I had higher expectations of the quality of bed, blankets, pillows because of the nightly rate (we brought sheets as instructed) The spring beds are outdated and uncomfortable, they need to be replaced that’s just matter of fact. The downstairs space is comfortable, we had rainy weather on the full day we were there. It was great to be right on the beach, it is clean and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. We liked the convenience of the kayaks and beach toys. We fully enjoyed the beach and the location there was a great restaurant 2 mins away- the skipper restaurant, highly recommend having a meal here.

Great location

We all had an amazing time even with the rain! Such a beautiful location. Dawn is very easy to work with and responsive. The house is great, nice and clean. The beach was gorgeous. Just a great find. I am hoping to rent again in the future!
