Great family vacation
Our adult children and us (5people total) spent a week at this house in July. The house was lovely & plenty big enough for us to be comfortable. Great location. Quiet neighborhood even with the proximity to the beach. Host was very attentive & quick to respond to any questions or needs. I hope to be able to return for another visit soon!

Perfect Location
A beautiful home located just across the street from the beach. The house is as described, clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy The yard was nicely landscaped and the deck was great to sit outside. There was plenty of parking. Host was always available to answer any questions before, during and after our stay (we left something behind). We would definitely rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the house and location across the street from beach that was peaceful and friendly from early morning to evening for beach combing and long walks. We used the kitchen for cooking meals at times and deck barbecue for lobster and fish from local market . Extra attraction was ice cream shop at restaurant about a block away, open till 9 pm!

Nice house on quiet street across from the beach on Cape Cod
This house is very nice, and just as described in the listing. It is spacious and well supplied with everyday stuff that you might need. While it was a bit too chilly this time of year for us to utilize all of the beach equipment available in the outdoor storage closet, I had a look in there and it had lots of chairs, etc. But even this time of year it was still nice to take walks down by the beach, which is directly across the street from this house. The location is great; on a quiet stretch of beach road, yet not too far from Rt 28 where you can get to everything. The owner, Alex, was super helpful, and very prompt in replying to any questions I had both before deciding to book, and then during the trip time itself ... and this included extensive helpful information he sent a few days before our arrival with restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do on the Cape. All in all we had a very good time on our stay, and in no small part due to the very nice accommodations at this home! I highly recommend!

Family Getaway to the Cape
This property is located steps from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. The house is spacious and homey, very well maintained and includes all amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I loved that it has both dish washer and washer/dryer.

Beautiful Beach Vacation
Alex’s home was the perfect stay for our family vacation down the Cape. The location is unbeatable- you walk across the street to Sea View beach, which is Great neighborhood beach. It’s so easy to walk back and forth during the day, it was ideal for our family with adults and small children. The house itself was wonderful- clean, comfortable, and great shower pressure. The back porch stays breezy to get a break from the sun, and the neighborhood is great for morning walks. Skippers restaurant is a two minute walk for great seafood and drinks! Could not recommend this rental more!

We love this place!
Very clean comfortable place across the road from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the Skipper Restaurant (very good food - including good salads for my vegan friends - and we loved the ice cream). Close to lots of activities for the kids (ages 1 1/2 to 9). The ocean was warm and it was either calm or had small waves so the young kids who had never been to the ocean loved it. There are a lot of rocks, so I suggest wearing water shoes. One day we got fresh fish and (gluten free!) stuffed clams at nearby Andrea's West Yarmouth Fish & Lobster. Some of us drove to P-Town, went to the National Seashore, and saw a lot of whales breeching on a whale watching tour. The manager/owner came right away to help us unlock a door that the kids locked by mistake.

Best vacation for entire family
Alex was very helpful and always there to explain any questions you may have. This property is well maintained with every amenities you would you need. Perfect quiet location with the beach right across the street. I highly recommend this delightful vacation home.

Weekend wedding
We had a family wedding in South Yarmouth so we decided to rent the house so we could spend some time together. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths the house was perfect for all us!

Family Thanksgiving
The property was everything advertised. We had 4 generations and everyone had space. Bring across from the beach was great for family walks. Also our dog loved the beach. My grandchildren enjoyed the park and swings. Also family trip to the Pirate Museum on a rainy day was fun for all. Alex was great. We run our our VRBO and know the work that goes into making a great experience. Alex made our stay fantastic. !!

This house ticked all the boxes of our needs. Very clean and super close to the ocean, well stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans and tons of plates!) which is important to us because we like to cook and eat in (save money!) Great refrigerator with ice machine and water in the door. Beds were super comfortable and, according to Google, 11 minutes away from many things! (Rt 28 is super close) We loved being able to walk right across the street to the ocean. Easy to catch the sun rises and sun sets over the sea. Nice deck out back where we had our morning tea/coffee... We lucked out with stunning weather the first week in October.... Great neighborhood for jogging, too. There were 6 of us ranging from 32-88 and everyone was comfortable. We could gather or be in our own spaces.

Cape Cod Family Vacation
This is the ideal property for our family. (We are repeat customers 😊) Beach right across the street and backyard outdoor space for eating and hanging out. The owner is very helpful with anything special we might need. The home is very clean and living areas (kitchen, living room, dining) are very spacious and comfortable. The design worked perfect, as our oldest daughter and her family (with baby) stayed at one end of the home and my husband and I and our other daughter stayed upstairs on the other end of the house. It was very quiet- worked out great! We are already looking forward to next year!

Fantastic Beach Home!
My family and I stayed at this fabulous home for a week in August. The house has so much to offer! It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The large kitchen and living space was perfect for my family. The proximity to Seaview Beach can't be beat. The house is close to everything you need to have a perfect cape beach vacation. Alex and Valentina were amazing! The are gracious hosts and were very responsive to all questions. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Directly across the street from a public beach. The beach is on the small side and was crowded on Saturday, but was great midweek. House is a good size for group of 8-10 people. Would definitely stay again.

Family perfect
The house was completely as described....perfect for 4 adults and 3 grandchildren. The kds got a thrill running room to room to claim their bedroom !The large dining room table allowed all of us to sit together for family meals. The living room was very accommodating to seat all of us comfortably. Easy access to the beach, and the outdoor hot and cold water shower was a nice touch after a day on the sand and in the ocean The hosts of the property take pride in their home and were readily available if needed. Definitely fit our search for a family friendly home, with a full kitchen and steps away from the beach !

Great week in Yarmouth!
This property is well-maintained and cared for. Alex and Val were so responsive, even checking in with us to make sure my 84-year-old mom had everything she needed! They also gave us dining recommendations in the area! The access to the beach is great, the deck is beautiful, and the house is so close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend it!

Spring getaway
Our family had a nice time spending spring break here. The home was well situated for an off-season get away so that we were close enough to restaurants that were open, but we could also easily drive to beaches and parks on the outer cape. The property owners were very responsive.

Dear Lisa, we are happy that your family enjoyed the spring break. Spring and Fall are particularly good seasons to explore all four areas of Cape Cod. Our House, located in the Mid Cape area, is a perfect start point for it. Our guests like visiting the Outer Cape to see National Seashore beaches, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard. The ferries from Hyannis Harbor are just 10-15 min drive from the house. But vast majority of our guests spend time on beautiful Mid Cape beaches overlooking Nantucket Sound. Our house is located just across the SeaView beach, the warmest water of Cape Cod. We are looking forward to your next visit, Alex & Val

Perfect
We stayed at the house over Christmas. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 8-60. We had such a nice time. The house was perfect for us. We loved the set up with two bedrooms upstairs and two down. The kids like the carvings on the handrails. We were able to have our own spaces. The large dining room and seating in the living room worked really well. There were a lot of basics in the house which made it easy to cook at the house without having to shop for every little thing. Alex was quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Nice central location and right across from the beach.

Cape Cod Getaway - September 2020
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The location of the house was great and the beach right across the street was perfect. The house was large and roomy for the 2 of us, extremely clean and this was a very welcome vacation to getaway from the daily grind. We look forward to coming back again since we also enjoyed the area. Having the Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House just a short walk from the house ended up being our go to place for dinners.

Fun Family Vacation on CC
Spent two weeks in this large comfortable house across the street from a nice beach. We were there with our three adult children, their spouses, and a seven year old grandson. We usually spend our summers on a lake in Maine but wanted a beach adventure for the family. Had a great time . The convenience of walking to Skippers was a huge plus for seafood lovers.

Perfect location, great stay!
We had a wonderful family vacation at this home! The house was spacious and clean. The location is perfect, a quick walk to Skipper's Restaurant ( a favorite and a must when visiting) and across the street from Sea View Beach. This beach is perfect for little kids and great to be able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach when needed. Alex and his wife were super responsive and accommodating. I do wish it was a bit more updated inside, but overall the house fit our needs. We would definitely vacation here again!

Great location
Alex is a tremendous host and does a great job of providing detailed information about his house. The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the beach and it’s in a quiet yet scenic part of town. It’s very easy to jump on a bicycle and find your way to the center of town as well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location!!
This house is in a beautiful part of the cape. The pristine white sandy beach was just steps away across the street, which we truly enjoyed! We were also close to restaurants, the inflatable parks, grocery stores and boat rentals! Alex was a wonderful helpful host and we were able to unplug while feeling safe during quarantine—the house was very clean and had everything we needed!

Great place to stay!
6 adults and 2 children spent a wonderful weekend at this property. Lovely home, enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Very comfortable living room where we enjoyed one another's company since it rained one of the days we were on the Cape. Short walk to one of our favorite restaurants and the beach. Perfect for our group
We had the pleasure of renting this property for a long weekend in October. It met our needs in every way. This was a group of 9 friends. There was plenty of comfortable space for sleeping, meals, and gathering as a group. The location was great with easy access to the beach and was central to other activities and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The house was tidy and had all the creature comforts that we required. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect!
We chose this property because of the location - across the street from the beach, fun restaurant in walking distance for the occasional night out, and off the beaten path of traffic, but accessible to services when wanted. However, the condition and owner were added bonuses. Super clean, many supplies on site, seamless check-in. The owner called us early in the day to let us know that the house was open to us before scheduled check in, was responsive to the one issue we had, and a kind gentleman. Be advised that the room with the futon is more appropriate for 2 kids than an adult couple. Will gladly book again for another family reunion. Thank you, A&V!
