A place to call home while ours was under construction
Fully recommend! We loved staying at this adorable cottage. We walked to the beach daily. It was so quiet and peaceful at night - we used the kitchen daily, it had all the tools. Loved it! Thanks.

The Willow Breeze Cottage, and its owners, deserve an A+++… from this retired teacher and her husband & pup! Among our MANY favorite things about this home were: ABOVE AND BEYOND owner communication before, during, & after our delightful stay! Keypad front entry system CLEANLINESS and no extraneous furniture Comfortable beds with very soft ‘n sumptuous comforters Gas living room fireplace which provided: warmth, great ambiance, and a blood pressure lowering experience! BEYOND serene, private, well taken care of backyard with stunning marsh views (ESPECIALLY in the Fall), plenty of seating, propane grill and lovely fit pit – WOW! Beautiful, modern, fully appointed kitchen with EVERYTHING one might need to prepare meals (loved the Pampered Chef knives!) including a great wood topped metal, sturdy storage island complete with cutting boards, bowl, and platters with seating for two ~ Motion sensor outlet nightlights Subdued, beachy colors and tasteful decorations and furniture throughout the home – (LOVED the metal end tables, lamps and “tree” design shades) Sleek, clean, easy-to-use white accordion window shades and windows that are easy to open and shut/lock Great flat, quiet neighborhood to walk for both hoomans and canines nearby beaches, shopping, restaurants, and whatever else you may need or desire! And something that was a complete surprise – a “Dog Stick Library” directly next door for your canine(s) to frequent throughout your stay!

Terrific central cape getaway.
Great quiet neighborhood. Central to everything. Many beaches within a few minutes. Cottage itself very clean and packed nothing. Would definitely recommend and return to.

Wonderful house!
The house was wonderful! Everything was clean and cozy. Anything you could need was there. Our small dog loved the outdoor space, and it was a very dog-friendly neighborhood. We loved the outdoor shower and comfy furniture. Can’t wait to book again for a future summer.

great stay
We only stayed two nights but would definitely come back. The house was amazingly clean and the space was very nicely decorated. The weather wasn't great for spending time outside but it looks back onto marsh and there were many birds around which was wonderful. It's also close to the beach and very quiet. Overall very pleased with the stay.

A quiet Cape Cod getaway
The cottage was quiet, simple and comfortable - excellent for a family vacation, where we could spend some quality time together. The property lacks a washing machine, but otherwise it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very much recommend.

Perfect cottage, perfect location 😊
Cottage was clean and quaint. Back yard small but private. Perfect for coffee in the morning and sitting by propane fire table in the evening. All amenities/ supplies were available. The hosts thought of everything! Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Hosts had awesome prepared info on local attractions. They were also accessible during our stay. We want to come back to South Yarmouth and we want to stay in THIS COTTAGE again!😊 Julie

Mom's 80th birthday celebration
We had a short stay but the cottage was lovely, clean and well maintained. The owner kept in contact to make sure we were able to easily get in and everything was in order. Also, the cottage was walking distance to the beach and short drive to nearby restaurants. We had a great time.

Charming cottage
Perfect space for a quiet winter ocean getaway. Lovely thoughtful details throughout the cottage - the host has clearly anticipated all of their guests' needs. So nice that we could bring Luna, who is part of our family. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedroom and living space. We would re-book without hesitation!

Would return without hesitation.
The property was just as described. It was one of the cleanest places, we've ever stayed at. The owner communicated with useful texts during our stay. Very nice area. We also had two fantastic breakfasts at Good Friends Cafe in Dennis.

Willow Breeze Cottage, South Yarmouth, MA
Willow Breeze Cottage was a wonderful central spot for our stay on Cape Cod. The cottage is lovely, spacious, with a nice back yard to relax in. Bonnie was very responsive, and thorough with all her information, check in, check out, the area, etc. If we return to the Cape Cod are we would look forward to staying at Willow Breeze Cottage.

Quiet time at the Cape
Very clean, cute cottage at a convenient area of the Cape. Owners very responsive. Close to beaches, restaurants and activities. We went in September so most of the crowds had left. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect Cottage
This property was a perfect choice all around. Exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything you would need, phenomenal location. The owners have done a great job setting up their visitors with a clean, well furnished, user friendly accommodation. The location to everything (beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery’s,) is spot on. It’s a very private location as well. Very safe for kids playing on bikes or roaming the area to explore. Owners were very responsive with any questions before or during the process. Great Ratings All Around for this Property!!

Perfect location for family visit to the Cape
Our family of four and our dog had a great stay at the Willow Breeze cottage. Perfect location for hitting the beach, activities in town, or eating out. We biked most places as it is very flat, quiet side streets, and short distances to pretty much all we needed. Beautiful backyard and plenty of room inside for all of us. Hosts were great as well.

Perfect Cape Location
Our stay at Willow Breeze Cottage was so fantastic that we didn’t want to leave! The bungalow couldn’t be more charming. It is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home, including anything you may need for meal prep. The proximity to the beach and 28 makes it walkable, or a very short drive. The backyard is serene. Bonnie and Dale were super responsive. It was exactly what we needed. We loved our stay.

Wonderful home, fantastic host.
Everything about this rental was perfect and beyond expectations. The property itself was well laid out, clean and homey. The backyard offered a nice, private, natural space, and the neighborhood ideal for dog walking. Communication from the host was exceptional, and she was clearly interested making sure our experience was positive. We would definitely book her again, since the visit was so great.

Perfect location and place for family gateway
This place is soo cute plus the location is amazing walking distance to beaches, restaurants and local shops.. we brought paddle boards and bikes and never took the car out . There is a walking distance small beach perfect to launch your paddle board/kayak. I loved this place

Adorable beach-themed cottage
Enjoyed a morning walk to the nearby bakery that was open even in the off-season. Close to everything! Lovely view out back. Dining room had windows for perfect cross-ventilation for extended family meal in COVID times. Love!

Perfect place!
Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us for a few days. We loved everything about it. Your cleaning lady is excellent as the cottage was spotless. It is well equipped that we felt right at home. The location to the beaches and surrounding towns was perfect. It was so peaceful and quiet in April that we were able to do more sight seeing and visiting than we anticipated. It was just wonderful! Bonnie you were so quick to respond to any questions and provided excellent suggestions on places to eat in the area. We hope to find our way back to this gem some day... thank you for helping us to create wonderful memories!

Great place for getaway
My parents and I stayed here as a quick 2 night getaway for my birthday weekend. The house is located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to beaches and a wonderful local bakery. Pretty quiet at this time of year in the neighborhood, but that is waht we expected. The cottage is perfectly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all necessary basics for cooking breakfast in and for grilling. My father was particulary impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the grill :) Thank you Bonnie and Dale for a great stay!

Perfect week at the Cape
We had such a great week at the Cape and our stay was excellent! The cottage was updated and clean and had a great beach vacation feel. Having stayed at this cottage many years ago (under different owners) it was so great to go back and see all the great updates that had been made. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we loved having the grill. The fire pit and outdoor shower were awesome. Our pup loved the backyard. You can’t beat the location- about 3/4 mile walk or bike ride down to the local beach. Bonnie couldn’t have been nicer and was super responsive to any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay all around.
I only dealt with Bonnie but she was incredibly responsive. She would typically respond within a few minutes of my messaging her. She was very helpful in recommending places such as where to rent a boat. When I was worried that we couldn’t get to the beach because of covid, she did some research for us. She had ac on when we arrived : so thoughtful. The place is modest from the front outside. But inside was nicer than we expected. It was immaculately clean and decorated in a simple beachy style. It was very comfortable (the only thing I wished we had was an overhead light or more light in the bedroom with that twin beds). The window units were powerful enough to cool the entire place. The house was well stocked with pots and pans and extras like oil and vinegar and shower caps. The backyard was my favorite part. It was just beautiful backing on to a flowering marsh. We would have breakfast out there every day with our dog (on a leash because the yard isn’t fenced) . I loved the outdoor shower. We didn’t have a chance to grill or use the fire pit but they were nice to have if we had. The location was also great. I was more used to the Eastham/wellfleet area but liked the fact that the house was near grocery stores, mini golf and tons of restaurants and ice cream. And of course beaches! We walked to South Middle beach -about a 15 minute walk. But there were several other beaches a bit further away where you could pay to park or drop off stuff. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Visiting the family on cape cod at Christmas 2019
When traveling and staying in a new environment, your always on guard for the unexpected. Fantastic!
The property itself was perfect for my 4 friends and myself. It was extremely clean and well kept up. We had no technical difficulties, and it was pretty easy to navigate. It was in a great neighborhood, and not a far walk to the beach. Bonnie was extremely responsive and super helpful. Would highly recommend!

FABULOUS.
Cottage was lovely and very comfortable. 14 minute walk to a great beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Perfect for getting away from the daily rush.

Perfect home base for our beach getaway
Bonnie's place was perfect - clean, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, great mid-Cape location--everything we needed to enjoy our Cape Cod vacation. We loved the private backyard - the flowers, the birdbath, the bunnies! Easy and friendly communication with Bonnie throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!
Willow Breeze Cottage was a perfect place for beach getaway. It was very clean, nicely decorated and filled with anything you could need. When I first read it had A/C I didn't think I'd use it. but after the hot week we had there I certainly appreciated it in the bedroom on those warm humid nights. Absolutely loved the back yard, so beautiful and private. I loved watching the birds and on more than one occasion saw bunnies in the yard. Every morning we enjoyed coffee out on the patio and after beach cocktail in the late afternoon. I just wish we got to use the fire pit, but too warm this week for that. My pup also gives it a thumbs up and appreciate the fact she was welcome there. I highly recommend this cottage!

Relaxing in Yarmouth
We like to go to the Cape because it is so relaxing, specially in the off season. Bonnie has a great house with everything we needed. There is a patio / grilling area to the rear and a gas fireplace to warm up by in the morning. The property is just off Rt 28, so lots of nice restaurants and shopping is near by. We occasionally like to travel with our pet which worked out well. We hope to visit again soon.
