"We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!"

"The house is cute but very small. In the pictures it looks bigger, also the stairs to the second floor are very steep and narrow so not ideal for older people. The house was also not clean very well. We found a dirty sweater and half full bottle of water in one of the rooms, a chewed dog bone full of hair in the living room couch, a bloom stain in one of the beds and there were also a few hair balls on the kitchen floor. If cleaned properly is not that bad."

"Back porch doors, despite the dead bolt, blew open in the night and again in the morning. No top sheets on beds. No hand clothes in the bathroom. The place was very clean. "

"This house was perfect for the 4 of us. We all had our own bedroom and shared the bath. It’s very clean and close to everywhere we were going! The home is modern and the beds were comfy! I would stay there again. Great home! "

"Pros:- kitchen is clean and well-equipped- beds are very comfortable- host was quick to respond to initial questions- parking was fine- huge decks overlooking the water are lovely- Washer/dryer was great to have- Host provided more than ample soaps, towels, TP, etc.Challenges:- Off-season, this area is pretty isolated - not a criticism, just helpful to know- The inside stairs are honestly scary - more like a ladder- Lighting throughout the house is dim- The couch cushions are pretty spent,...
