"Stayed here overnight during a weeknight as a family of five, and while we went in with an open mind after reading the reviews, the experience still fell short. Reception closes at 5pm, so we made sure to call ahead. We first rang at 3pm to advise we’d arrive around 5:30pm, then called again at 4:50pm to let them know we were only six minutes away.
