"Beds are super uncomfortable it feels like sleeping on the floor. Worst sleep I’ve ever had especially for a place advertised as “luxury”. It’s not luxury at all. Very misleading. Aircon is super mouldy and stinks. no proper blankets provided for the beds. Would never stay here again. I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels and motels around Aus and the world and this by far had to be the worst one."

"View was ok. Other buildings blocked ocean. Room was decent, renovated from an old apartment. Tiles on the floor in the shower are VERY slippery. Careful! Couch was dirty and had some stains on it, but room was otherwise clean. Seemed expensive for what it was, but being a large room near the beach in Burleigh, it was probably priced accordingly."

"Outstanding accommodation and location for a summer recharge. The room and facilities were everything we needed for 4 adults and 5 yo grand-daughter. Less than 10min walk to North Kirra beach - waves, sand, playground and ice cream every day. Had great steak at Kirra SLSC 15min walk away and wonderful cocktail and desert downstairs at Siblings bar. Our host Steve met us at the beginning for a comprehensive run through of the unit which was tastefully furnushed and well stocked with all the...

"We stayed in the studio for two nights. The studio is very well equiped and fitted out with everything you would need for a weekend away. Great location with direct access to the beach. We will be back."
