"I was highly disappointed and left part way through my stay. First, it was too cold. The remote for the split AC unit was marked "AC Only" so I did not think it could be used for heat. There is no thermostat in the unit to control the temp. I called and the host turned up the thermostat and made it comfortable. However, with Pittsburgh weather, it warmed up the next day and was then way too hot. Another call to have that adjusted. The final straw was when I called in the morning to tell them...
