"Solid location, quiet, and just really easy process. Good communication with Noah, and that's the key."

"super cute and clean area and such a good price!"

"It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!"

"It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again."

"This place was perfect! Clean and comfortable. The host was great and made sure we were settled in and had everything that we needed. 10/10"

"Property was clean and nicely appointed Host was pleasant and helpful We had an issue with the a/c and the host had someone there reasonably quickly but it took a while to fixOtherwise a pleasant stay"

"Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This was the best little place! VERY clean, easy check in, great location, very comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, nice space, lovely patio off the back, and plenty of spaces for your furry friend if you bring them along! :)"

"Kinda of a shaky start as the VRBO instructions didn't include the unit's apartment number. Owner was very responsive to our issue and otherwise was an enjoyable stay. Apartment was cozy modern and centrally located. We would very much recommend this condo for anyone considering a Scottsdale/Phoenix vacation."

"Excellent stay. Great home and great location. "

"Quiet clean unit."

"Comfortable place but very poor communication- inadequate check-in info. Some poor upkeep on the unit. Location was nice "

"The quietest apartment complex we have ever visited. Great location to the Fashion mall…quite walkable. Old town is walkable, but with the heat, driving is more practical. This time of year parking is easy as the high season is over. Didn’t swim after all, but the pool looked clean and inviting."

"Clean, perfect location. Loved the balcony. Would stay again."

"the check in instructions were not accurate, they mentioned a keypad at the door. There was none, instead a lockbox at the entry which I located after a call to vrbo, which they answered immediately. The sliding glass door was very difficult to manage. I asked for team assistance, they sent someone 24 hours later, and it was resolved. no dish towels. But overall the place is very nice, spacious, with a lovely private patio."

"La estadía fue perfecta para mí y mis amigas. Habitaciones cómodas y en una área segura y cercana a muchos tipo de comercios. Hay un muy buen café a una cuadra. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente en todo momento. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. "
