"My friends and I went down to Comic Con. Typically I overpay for a hotel, but this year we decided to try VRBO. Kim was awesome! Her place was awesome! It was so much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of downtown. We will definitely stay with Kim again. Thank you!!"

"The unit is super cute and well appointed, especially for the size. Outdoor area is comfy and welcoming. "

"This is our third year in a row staying here! My granddaughters and I just love it! They look forward to it every year for their birthdays! Check-in is easy, the place is always clean and so charming. The little patio and outdoor shower are a big plus. And having a parking space is a huge win not to mention the beach being just a few blocks away! We love it! See ya again next year! "

The studio is perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated, spacious, vibey, and spotless. Truly no complaints this will definitely be our go-to spot in Pacific Beach!"
