Private Setting Perfect for Large Groups

  • Beautiful serene setting at Nickajack Lake that sits minutes from boat docks and Marion County Park. Chattanooga is a short 20 mile drive. Golf, hiking and restaurants are nearby. We are surrounded by 7 wooded acres for peace and quiet, yet close enough to town to enjoy all there is to do in the Chattanooga area. Enjoy quiet evenings on the covered porch, cookout on the spacious deck, enjoy the backyard fire pit, or play basketball in the drive. View deer as they stroll in the yard and surrounding property or catch stunning sunsets from the porch. Five private bedrooms with three full baths as well as a loft with a privacy curtain are available for private sleeping spaces. A portable crib, toddler bed and high chair are available. The home is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully equipped kitchen, Fiber internet, and streaming TV (YouTube TV included). Two desks are available for remote work. There is plenty of parking room for multiple boats, cars or trailers . This neighborhood is quiet and secure with plenty of distance between you and the neighbors. All bedding including blankets is changed and surfaces are disinfected between guests. Hosts live nearby to ensure your needs are met. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. Sorry- no cats. Events are allowed with prior approval. A $200 event fee applies. For your convenience, you will find:

    - Outdoor games, a basketball hoop and a basketball

Beautiful setting just far enough away to be tranquil but close enough to town to be convenient. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Grounds are gorgeous. Hosts were kind and very attentive. Property is extremely family and pet friendly. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless and very well maintained, which made settling in easy and comfortable for everyone. The surrounding landscape was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic setting that really enhanced the experience.Our group ranged in age from 4 to 74, and everyone had a fantastic time. It’s not always easy to find a place that suits such a wide range of ages, but this one truly delivered. We made great memories here and would definitely recommend it for large groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

This house was a great basecamp for a weekend of cycling & hiking around Chattanooga. The house is in a great location & the check-in/check-out process was straightforward.

Great family gathering spot. It is away from the downtown area, but close enough to be in the downtown area easily. The home was comfortable for our group of 9. The property owner was fantastic (the owner even cam by on Thanksgiving evening to take the trash cans to the curb for pick up. Great local information provided in the notebook.

Chattanooga trip

The house was great - it had plenty of bedrooms and was well stocked. It was easy to find and the drive to Chattanooga wasn’t too far. We enjoyed staying and the hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from Home

It was an awesome place to stay. Had everything we needed and wanted. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Chattanooga. Perfect location from where we were. The owners were very helpful and made sure our stay was great. Highly recommend staying at this location. Made our trip feel like we were at home.

Celebration of Life

My family traveled from Virginia/Delaware to Tennessee for my sister's Celebration of Life.We had no difficulties finding this property and it was very close to my brother-in-law' church.Rooms were large and welcoming. The property was beautiful with attractive landscaping.

Marion County getaway

Our stay at this property was great. We found the house to be exactly as described and well appointed. We had everything we needed inside and out. The property is beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and convenient to Chattanooga. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return.

Great parking area for boats and plenty of bedrooms.

This house had everything we were looking for. Extremely close to several ramps on lake Nickajack, great parking for bass boats and plenty of rooms inside. We will stay there again, if the tournament trail hits Nickajack again.

Super Clean!

Stayed the weekend in the area for birthday party in Chattanooga. Short drive to Chattanooga. Would like to go back in the summer and enjoy the water and fishing!

Amazing

The house was wonderful! The whole family loved it. It was very clean and VERY well stocked. The grandkids loved the toys, the games and the big yard, but I think the basketball and goal were the biggest hit. Plenty of room and beds. A big part of our stay was spent with each other at the house. Thank you Michelle.

Annual Family vacation

Host contacted us day of check in and day before check out. Reminded us of important check out instructions. Property was clean and there was plenty of room for our large group. Very kid friendly home.

Best experience

This was probably the best place we have ever stayed. The owner was very accommodating when it came to our pets and was very friendly from the start to finish. The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the essentials. There was deer in the yard almost every day and it was just a very peaceful setting. 10 out of 10 recommend!
