Good location. No extras! 3 coffee machines, no coffee, cream or sugar. Plenty of dishes and silverware but not butter, oil etc. like you would have at home. No soap to wash hands. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash, just empty bottles stuck to shower wall, but there was soap for dishes and laundry and dishwasher. The bathroom was not clean, mainly the toilet. Parking can be tough because of folks trying to get to the beach. We had to park down the street.

Family fun in the sun

This is a lovely place to stay. You have a great view of the beach from your balcony. Ocean was too cold but it was beautiful and easy to get to. The private pool was heated and the hot tub was great. We had quiet neighbors.

Cute, convenient, comfortable, safe, beach condo

This set of condos is in a unique shape with gorgeous beach views from every deck, with a nice pool & hot tub in the center. It’s just steps away from the beach entrance and is safe, with a security gate. I would stay here again.

Good for the cost

Great access to the beach but very busy as the neighboor is Wanna Wanna club, a restuarant, live music club. More of a party place. The beds were comfortable, cute decorations, kitchen had everything needed. The place is very old smelling. Great grass for th3 dog. Pool was way too hot. Felt like a hot tub and the hot tub was too hot to be in... Parking is a hassle they give you a pass however, 42 units and only 32 parking spots. So I had to hunt of parking on the street. I would stay there again because of my dog but it isnt worth any more considering all the ridiculous fees from VBRO and property management Vacassa.

Great spot for a stay on South Padre!

Great little complex with a well cared for grounds and an amazingly clean pool and hot tub. Easy access to the beach. Friendly neighbors and grounds keepers. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon checking in there was no parking pass left in the room. If you have never been to the island the first thing you will learn is that the tow truck companies are predators and will to tow your unpermitted car quickly. When I called the property management company I was instructed to search through each drawer to locate the permit and no permit was found. The room was not cleaned thoroughly by the cleaning staff as we found items from a previous guest. The biggest problem we encountered is all three smoke detectors in the room were missing. Beds in bedroom were uncomfortable and lumpy. We tried the sleeper sofa in the living room and it was worse, torn mattress support, springs dangling, and mattress is so worn you are supported by the metal rods not the mattress. We have pictures of all of these things but this format does not allow us to post them ( personal items found in room, shoddy sleeper sofa and all missing smoke detectors). Not looking after the safety of guest is a big reason to not stay at this property. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this unit.

Prefect little getaway spot

Super cute and clean little condo. They had everything in there we needed. Beach view! So very close to the ocean. The pool and hot tub in the complex were honestly the cleanest I have ever seen in a spot like that. People who lived in the complex were very friendly, mostly older folks trying to escape the cold.

Last minute end of Summer Padre trip

the light in this apartment is SO nice! And the view from the balcony is lovely too. it was great to be about to be in our 'house' and still be able to see the ocean and feel the wind in our hair. For being a dog friendly property this unit was VERY clean. I did not see a single dog hair from another dog the entire time we were there. Heads up if you use the broiler you will set off the fire alarm and it is loud and very dramatic and it took a while to clear the living room of smoke bc the cross ventilation is a little challenging. But all in all we would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Getaway with family!

Unit was clean but the ceiling needs to be clean! We had a little issue with parking but it got resolved very quickly. Locate was perfect and view was awesome as well.

Great location.. Could use a few updates

The location is great. Nice balcony view enjoyed coffee from the Keurig there every morning. Make sure you realize this unit does not use the on-site towel service. I went to exchange towels and waited quite some time just to be told they couldn’t help me. I would recommend a clearer communication on that. Also the pillows are pretty horrible, byop- bring your own pillow! I had to use my kids stuffed animals as a pillow. Overall I think there could be some upgrades for the amount we paid I was expecting a little nicer and cleaner. But the bar is next door ..so that helped!!

Decent condo for the price and right on the Beach. The a/c stopped cooling our last night there. There was a sign that said not to leave doors open or the A/C will mess up. We did not do this so not sure if going in and out from the beach caused it, but bring a fan just in case. Didnt sleep well with that tired driving back today. enjoyed our trip overall. Oh and security guard was very nice. Helped with the opening gates while hands were full, watching the cars at night, and even approached me in parking lot to make sure i belonged there ,and didn't need help .

First Time In South Padre

We'd stayed in Aransas often, but had never been down to Padre, and decided we'd find out if it was worth the extra $ and drive time. WAS IT EVER!!! We LOVED it. The only problems: Our upstairs neighbors kept dumping water over their balcony and onto ours (one of us got soaked TWICE) and, boy, did we ever have problems opening the lock. But otherwise? Well, if we want to go to the Gulf, we're going to South Padre. Just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

Liked our stay. Nice view from the balcony and attached beach. Having gate keys ahead of time may help the guests especially if they are coming at night. Overall, good.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and we loved the ocean view. The only suggestion I would make is having the cleaning crew wipe down some of the surfaces better and clean the floors better. Other than that it was a great stay!

Anniversary Weekend

The location was real nice, close to the beach. But the bed mattresses were hard and squeaky. The sheets were not comfortable to lie in and the pillows had stains on them. All linens and pillows should be replaced. There was a smell to the condo I couldn’t quite put my finger on. The fixtures also need replacing and the floors, especially in the bathroom need to be cleaned or replaced. For what we paid, at least the beds should be a little more comfortable. There is a lot of dated items, to include some of the pans. I also sent a note about the dishwasher, it was not installed correctly. It would come forward every time we would pull the door. And one of the Stove burners did not work. I would recommend updates to this condo or lower your prices.
