The Space:
This original beach house radiates cool, throwback-Caribbean vibes. It's a fantastic choice for those wanting an alternative to a standard cookie cutter condo. This is a 3 bedroom unit in a duplex that dos have a 2 bedroom unit in front & it boasts spacious 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms.
As you step onto the patio, the deck offers plenty of room for your family with seating, making it an excellent spot for sunset drinks. This classic raised beach home, while not a new remodel, carries its own charm and character for great vacation memories
Carib Vibes provides high-speed WIFI if you need to do work or for kiddos screens after a long day at the beach to wind down. The warm & fully equipped kitchen & large living room are perfect for family meals and movie nights. There is ample bedding on hand too. The backyard and shaded hangout spot under the home offer special areas to unwind. BBQing is permitted in the backyard, though you must bring your own grill.
The large eat-in kitchen has all pots/pans/dishes, etc. The living room is spacious and great for relaxing after a beach day. The third bedroom is just right for four kids, with two trundle beds and singles. The other two bedrooms offer queen and full beds for couples.
Though the house can host up to 10 people, there is comfortable space for 8. We do provide an airbed & pump just in case – but do bring bedding if you plan to use. The other beds all bedding is provided, towels too of course.
The beach is very nearby, less than half a block. Again, This 3 bedroom is part of a duplex, and the front space can be rented alongside this one for groups up to 16 people.
Please be aware of the following stipulations:
Off-street parking is available for 2 regular-sized cars front to back. There is no guest parking here, so if you have extra cars you can try to find a spot along Gulf Blvd which is City Owned street parking, or consider the Intermodal Transportation center that offers free parking if more than 2 cars.
Our condo is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs and carries a slight pet fee of $75 per pet. Please review the house rules regarding pets.
The property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 Open M-F 9 am to 5 pm for assistance should you need it. Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.
Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking as we have a strict cancel policy here due to high demand during the high season. Ask questions before you book to avoid disappointments later.
The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements may apply.
We require an E-sign rental agreement and a photo ID after booking for age verification before check-in.
Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied

Please note that this is a duplex, and while you have a private entrance, the front unit may be occupied. The beach is a short walk away.

Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy! While this beach house offers off-street parking for two regular-sized cars parked front to back, you might consider alternative options depending on your needs. If you have extra vehicles, street parking is available on Gulf Blvd, a City-owned road. For free parking, the Intermodal Transportation Center is a good choice. Since the beach is just a half-block away, walking or biking is a great way to explore the area. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), about a 40-minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. Enjoy your stay!
Other Things to Note:
Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Caribbean Vibes House. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. You will receive the electronic key code via text message on the day of your arrival, typically before 3 PM. To comply with our STR Rental License, an e-sign rental agreement and a photo ID are required prior to your arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, and infants count towards the total guest count. For parking, we offer off-street parking for two regular-sized cars, parked front to back. Additional free parking is available on Gulf Blvd or at the Intermodal Transportation Center. We are pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please review the house rules regarding pets. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, all dirty dishes are in the dishwasher and turned on, and all trash is removed to the dumpster upon check-out to avoid any extra cleaning fees.
