The laundry room was great with a full washer and dryer.The hot tub was great although we picked a week that was very cool so going into the pool afterwards - yikes! Nest week was supposed to be typical south Texas weather!

I absolutely loved the entire condo. Our bedroom patios overlooked the bay and the blvd. Our living room, kitchen area balcony overlooked the beach. I caught the most amazing sunrises drinking my coffee in the mornings. The washer and dryer were used by my family twice daily. It was great to have clean beach towels every day.

The code that was given to us to get through the vehicle gate did not work and Jaime seemed to want to deem it my fault. I know how to read - when you give me a code that is 12 numbers long, but the gate only takes 4-digit codes, you’ve given me the wrong code. Other than that, the place was fabulous. The trash drawer was a bit wonky, but everything else was great.Awesome view, with just a short walk on the property to the ocean!! That was amazing.

Overall the condo is great, spacios and comfortable for the 6 people in my party. Great location, gulf view, private walking path to the beach, close to restaurants and other attractions. I dropped one star because the dishwasher didn’t work during my stay and we had to do dishes by hand. The owner was aware and responsive and sent a maintenance team but they couldn’t fix the problem and since it was a short stay the dishwasher wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Island Getaway

Very clean. Especially the public restrooms and we were pleasantly surprised about that.Also, the security guard heloed me with a temporary parking permit. But a vehicle was towed from parking garage and we had to listen to the car alarm for like 30 minutes at 11:15 p.m. that was the only negative.

Just Fabulous!

We absolutely love this condo and have stayed here before. We've also stayed at Jaime's and Olga's other condo, a 1 bedroom. This 2 bedroom is on the 5th floor, beautiful view of the Beach thru the balcony off 2nd floor and a beautiful view of the bay on the 1st floor. Condo is totally renovated. So clean and updated. The resort is immaculate with families and staff laughing and smiling all day. Beautiful landscaping. And so close to all the main shops. The beach is a walk away and you can take your canopies, chairs, beach toys, etc...OR you can just rent one of their beautiful already setup umbrella and chairs on the beach. You can also rent their canopies. We always bring ours though. Communicating with the owners is tip top. If i call, Jaime answers. If i text, he responds. Its just top knotch. We already booked for next June/2 weeks. And who knows, we might spontaneously book a trip in October. South Padre Island IS the most beautiful beach in Texas. I mean that sincerely. Thank you Sunchase IV for another great vacation........Enrique, Cynthia and the Twins

a little slice of heaven

This was just as described. Very nice and clean. 2bd downstairs, with the kitchen and laundry upstairs. There is a balcony off the bedroom and upstairs off the living room. Excellent view. Pool was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful time would stay here again
